In order for the current situation of professional development of teachers’ mental health survey of Sichuan Province.Sichuan Province to improve the mental health level of education,combined with the characteristics of the development of mental health education of local primary and high schools.By using a self-designed questionnaire,aiming at the psychological health of teachers engaged in the work of mental health education in primary and middle schools in Sichuan Province,investigation,Recovery of 192 questionnaires was effective. Efficiency is 91.42%.Through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis,different test and other statistical methods,the results of the study show that:1.The psychological health of teachers in the demographic variables: gender ratio difference is bigger, from the mental health teaching age, many in seniority data at both ends, educational background with a bachelor degree in a professional title evaluation, but did not form a unified standard.The working intensity and pressure.2.Teachers’ psychological health aspects: Mental health teaching job variety Content is multifarious, long working time, working pressure.And most of the teachers are not satisfied with the income Leadership colleagues agree to support its work.But in the aspect of hardware facilities construction remains to be perfect.3.Mental health of teacher professional development,at present the mental health of teachers’ professional knowledge master degree in medium low level, the ability of professional development is not balanced development,The higher the score of the classroom management ability of the organization,Verbal persuasion effect of students,The design of compiling the teaching ability,The implementation of mental health activities organizational ability,Low score is the method and skill of using the scale, psychology consultation,For counseling and ability of scientific research for students,In the professional development of the teachers’ mental health attitude most can abide by the occupation morality, sense of responsibility, to the student work of due diligence, but professional development consciousness. Most of the mental health of teachers in the professional development of the adaptation period, growth period, stable period.4.The gender in professional knowledge, professional attitude, way of professional development exist significant differences; significant differences in the way of professional ability, professional development of different age stages; in different geographical distribution,there are significant differences in professional knowledge, professional attitude; stage in different schools, there are significant differences in professional knowledge, professional knowledge school score less than junior high school and senior high school and other schools. The professional knowledge of teachers’ psychological health has significant differences in different degrees, that the higher education, professional knowledge, the higher the score.5.Different stages of development, professional knowledge, professional ability, professional attitude, professional development way.Based on these findings in terms of mental health problems of teachers, mental health education system, mental health teacher professional development, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the above problem.
