Hunan Province Ordinary University Sports Venues Resources Configuration And Management Of Research

In the programs of college expansion and nationwide fitness, in view of the existing problems of stadium configuration and management in the colleges and universities of Hunan Province, it has vital significance for providing the corresponding countermeasure. The study for stadium configuration and management in the colleges and universities of Hunan Province help stadiums of colleges and universities to realize an effective and rational allocation, and to avoid some stadiums in idle. Relatively ample stadiums are conducive to implement national fitness program, generate social and economic benefits, which in turn are beneficial to universities and people. Through consulting a large number of literature, on the basis of the domestic research, using the existing theory as the instruction, stadium resource allocation and current management situation in the colleges and universities of Hunan Province are investigated and analyzed by applying documentation method, expert interview method, field research method, and logical analysis. It is concluded that: there are some deficiencies in indoor stadium and outdoor stadium, especially in outdoor stadium; most staff members are non-professional; Most management patterns are traditional; management system is not perfect. On the basis of analyzing existing situation, the main problems are summarized in the following aspects: insufficient stadium funding, non-professional staff members, traditional management patterns, non-perfect management system, and small implementation strength. On the basis of these problems, the following development countermeasures are put forward: expand the source of funds, improve the overall quality of staff members, improve management models, complete management systems and regulations, and improve implementation strengh. It is concluded that: there are insufficiency in stadium configuration and management in the colleges and universities of Hunan Province, which can not meet the requirements of "catalogue" and compared with indoor stadium, outdoor stadium still need further improvement, therefore, it should expand the source of funds and increase the number of stadiums; due to the non-perfect training, the staff members lack of professional management knowledge, therefore, their professional ability and comprehensive quality should be improved; management mode is single and traditional, therefore, a scientific and reasonable management mode should be provided; the implementation strength is not strong enough, therefore, it needs to strictly implement all disciplinary measures, strictly implement the responsibility system, and strengthen the execution effect.
