"Cooperative teaching method" is a new mode of learning is advocated, in the second phase of the new curriculum reform, change the traditional teaching mode, students learn to form between the group of classroom teaching mode of teaching, emphasizes the teaching method of learning not only. In the teaching process, make full use of various dynamic factors are interactive learning between students, improve the group cohesion, improve the relationship between teachers and students, and promote the students to form good will quality and psychological quality in the process. Therefore, this paper attempts to use "experimental study of cooperative teaching method" in Wushu Duan system training, explore the feasibility of this teaching method in Wushu Chen Taijiquan Teaching and effectiveness, and the superiority compared with the traditional teaching method, provide theoretical and empirical basis for Wushu Duan system training in Teaching In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, experimental method as research method, from the traditional sports specialty of Jilin Institute of Physical Education 2011 national two classes, a total of 40 people(20 people per class) as the research object, teaching experiments using the cooperative teaching method and traditional teaching method, experiment through the experimental classes and control classes to improve class cohesion, improve the performance of the significant between students, social behavior, interaction between teachers and students and so on, deep into the cooperative teaching method teaching feasibility and superiority in the application of the grading system of Chinese Wushu taijiquan. By the analysis and comparison of before and after the experiment the experimental class and the control class, draw the following conclusions: the cooperation teaching method in Wushu Duan system Taijiquan sparring teaching, teaching to the students to create a relaxed, free, independent, learning atmosphere, stimulate the students of different levels of learning interest, cultivating the inquiry the students awareness of related knowledge of curriculum content, make the students initiative and enthusiasm in learning process effectively development. Cooperation and interaction between teachers and students, between students by the students to acquire knowledge, enhance students’ social skills and group cohesion, the Chen Style Taijiquan fighting skill and mastery of martial arts of attack and defense methods action understanding is also more profound. In addition the cooperation teaching method compared with the traditional teaching method pays more attention to students’ psychological experience, through the cooperation teaching method to enable students to appreciate the cooperation between people, how to handle the relationship between cooperation and competition, improve social skills, enable students to meet the social needs。...
