Along with the information production and dissemination of scientific knowledge and the development of information technology and beyond, information science has more audience, the information society the public to enjoy the efficient and fast advantages of information technology at the same time, also face information overload, information junk, information pollution, information fraud, information leakage, infringement, information crime, terrorism and other forms of information security. High school students as new forces in the information society and future builder, its information security overall quality of the information society has a close relationship with the development and stability, for high school students of information security education is quality education ought to be orientation and information security of the reality of the situation demands.Relying on information technology curriculum implementation of information security education is the objective requirement of the development of information technology curriculum connotation is rich and, is information security education into schools, class into the class of the important measures, is an effective way to implement information security education. This article attempt in the framework of information technology curriculum, starting from the present situation of high school students information security education, based on the concept of STS education, course architecture of information security unit module, set of information security unit module curriculum goal is to cultivate the students’ information security literacy, build a penetration of information science, information technology, information society elements such as the content of the information security module system, design of information security unit module teaching resources, to carry out the course of information security education practice.To achieve the research purpose, this article adopted the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview method, method of teaching experiment research method, etc. This article is divided into five chapters, through the idea of information security theory and teaching practice of literature review, the current research situation and analyses the influence of the high school course teaching of heuristic information security; Then to information security, network information security, information security has carried on the thesis analyses the connotation of education, and li analysis the implementation of high school students the basic theory of information security education, in order to further research to find theoretical support; Then from the information security awareness, knowledge, information security, information security information security law ethics four dimensions design of the current situation of high school information security education questionnaire, understand the present situation of information security education, high school students at the same time complementary with teacher interview outline, consult a glimmer of teachers for advice and opinions of information security education, to enhance the high school students of information security education curriculum practice of pertinence and effectiveness.Based on high school students information security education present situation, this paper further explores the implementation of high school students of information security education curriculum practice way, relying on the information technology curriculum based on STS idea to expand to form the information security module courses, established the goal of information security curriculum, constructing the information security system, the content of the course design of the teaching resources of the information security unit module, the development of information security unit module teaching case, to carry out the practice teaching of the information security unit module activities, practice shows that high school students of information security education curriculum implementation approach is effective, and help the formation of students’ comprehensive information security literacy and ascend.
