The introduction of core strength training, but also makes athletes get faster increase. Now, core strength training has not only the power of the national swimming team training courses, in some provincial professional team has also been widely used, but due to the introduction of competitive swimming training core strength of late, domestic swimming for core strength training in swimming Motion of still in the theoretical stage or the use of definitions and core strength training methods used by other sports projects, which resulted in an effective core strength training can not be reasonably applied in these professional teams in competitive swimming. Especially in the adolescent stage of swimmers, how to combine the laws of the adolescent growth and physical development characteristics, effectively control the load of core strength training, the training methods and means of combining swimming and athletics is an important current problems need to be addressed.Research aims to competitive swimming for the technical characteristics, strength characteristics, the project features, combined with the characteristics and growth pattern of adolescent physical development, strengthen the core strength training for teenage swimmers, special athletic ability to effectively improve adolescent swimmers to achieve better training effect, provide a more scientific and reasonable value reference and guidance for young swimmers strength training expansion.Literature research, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics, through access to Wiley, Articles, VIP and other domestic databases, authoritative advice digit competitive swimming coaches, experts, to 16 from Henan Tigongdadui swim Elite team of young athletes as experimental subjects were divided into experimental and control groups, for a period of eight weeks of single-blind experiment (Single-Blind Experiment).Subjects in both groups to ensure the training venues, training time, training hours, rest intervals, under the premise of good health, the experimental group with core strength training strength training methods as a guide, the control group using traditional strength training methods, training two days a week for the six days, rest one day, morning and afternoon training, a total of 12 training sessions. Wherein the water training nine times, three times the land training, strength training sessions three times a week, day intervals between training sessions. Experimental support static prone, squat static targets; 100m freestyle,200m freestyle for the specific indicators; upper limb muscle strength (pectoralis major, biceps), lower limb muscle strength (quadriceps, shares biceps) physiological indicators.Through this 16-year-old from Henan Province sports team 12-16 male swimmer training for a period of eight weeks after the experiment and found that:(1) two subjects after the experiment showed that the experimental group athletes body control relative to the control group had significantly improved;(2) simulation game test results showed that the experimental group’s jumper rose higher than athletes;(3) by EMG test found that athletes increase muscle strength in the experimental group was significantly higher.Draw conclusions as follows:(1) traditional strength training and core strength training for body balance adolescent swimmers, maintaining balance of time have a good effect, but the core strength training is more obvious (P<0.05).(2) traditional strength training and core strength training for athletes athletic performance has improved, but gains Athletes experimental group was significantly higher than the control group athlete, indicating that core strength training for sports performance improvement effect is more obvious (P<0.05).(3) main items of sports performance athletes of varying degrees of increase, especially athletes in distance events, the original balance in the body’s ability to control the second half after the run has been significantly improved, making the water more obvious, the training effect on Effect of special technology and special achievements are more significant.(4) athletes from upper limb muscle strength, lower extremity muscle strength and EMG test results before and after training both groups of athletes muscle strength were improved, but the experimental group of four athletes test indicators (latissimus dorsi, rectus abdominis rectus femoris, biceps femoris) muscle strength increase rate was significantly higher, up two athletes muscular strength was a significant difference (P<0.05), described more core strength training compared to conventional strength training improve muscular athletes.(5) core strength training than traditional strength training faster, more comprehensive and greatly improve the competitive swimmers physique, compared to traditional strength training, core strength training is more effective to enhance the ability of swimmers.(6) core strength training can improve largely Swimmers stability and balance, keeping the torso of the athletes in flowing environment stability has an important effect on improving athletic performance has a significant impact.(7) compared to traditional strength training, core strength training to improve balance control ability of athletes, sports technology, special athletic performance, muscle strength, muscle fatigue resistance index of the effect is more significant. It showed core strength training for swimmers to improve body control, and to enhance the core strength of the athletes, athletes’stroke to optimize water movement, stroke increased water effects, improve Jumper has a positive meaning.After 8 weeks of the experiment made the following recommendations:(1) conventional land-based competitive swimming training program should be added to the core strength training method, but does not mean that you can completely replace the original strength training;(2) doing strength training class, coaches should fully take into account the characteristics of the physical development of young athletes, core strength training should be gradual;(3) hope the relevant personnel, the majority of scholars is more long-term, comprehensive training experiments for competitive swimming training method deeper exploration and research.
