| In 1987, as soon as the words "Sustainable development" was officially proposed,it has been agreed by public all over the world and used in various fields of social de velopment.It has become an essential norm of the social development. "Sustainable de velopment" is also applicable to competitive sports, especially plays an important role in the issue of training reserve talents.The core of the social development is human. In the development of the society, people can not only promote social development,but also is the value objective of soci al development. The value target "people-oriented" applies equally to the sustainable development of competitive sports. The cultivation of reserve talents is the priority a mong priorities of the competitive sports sustainable development. If without reserve t alents to support, there will be no sustained and sound development for the whole co mpetitive sports, and the competitive sports will become stagnant water without sourc e.I believe,only solve well the problems of the coordination development of reserve ta lents’ exploitation and utilization can carry out sustainable development of Chinese co mpetitive sports.Henan is the first most populous province in China, its total population is about 106.62 million.It has the most abundant human resources in China. The investigation o n reserve talents in this most populous province is most appropriate. So our research makes the competitive wrestling trainer in the sports school,sportsman and parents as the main research objects,we also conduct special interview of management personnel at the same time. This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature data, ques tionnaires,interview and on-the-spot investigation to summarize the cultivation’s situa tion of the competitive wrestling reserve talents in Henan province.And the conclusio ns as follows:(1) the reserve talent base of the competitive wrestling team in Henan province is too small, the proportion of the male and female students is not coordinated, the total number is declining year by year..(2) the proportion of the number of coaches and athletes in Henan province is not coordinated, the number of coaches is small, and the theory and research capacity is not high..(3) in Henan Province around the city sports school wrestling team stadiums have varying degrees of damage, learning conditions, accommodation and athlete’s diet conditions can only meet the athletes of the basic study and life.(4) there are only two provincial wrestling matches in Henan Province, and can not meet the needs of the athletes’ accumulation experience and the normal development of the competitive wrestling team.(5) the three tier training mode of the whole nation system is the main system of the reserve personnel training of the competitive wrestling team in Henan province..(6) the biggest concern of the parents who are not supporting the children in the sport wrestling training is the final flow of the athletes and the problem of the only child.. The Countermeasures of the sustainable development of the reserve personnel of the competitive wrestling in Henan province are:(1) to excavate the talented person of the School Athletic Reserve vigorously.(2) training a number of new competitive wrestling coaches.(3) improving the school athletic wrestling venue and infrastructure.(4) the role of the tournament.(5) the combination of body and religion.(6) elimination of parental concerns. |
