The internationalization of education has become an important part of economic globalization nowadays, and is the trend of era development. Education cooperation is a reflection of the economic cooperation in the field of culture and communication, this cooperation is an effective means of resource sharing and complementary advantages all over the world, and also as a part of the cultural exchange, will play a special communication function, making it better to know each other, and even eliminate cultural barriers between countries, thus is favor to the peace and stability of the world and regional. In 2005, the world’s third largest free trade area-the China-Asean Free Trade Area (CAFTA) has been established.In recent years, with the growing of cooperation mechanism within the CAFTA, the degree of integration and education cooperation between both sides has been deepened. As a special form of education cooperation, Educational Service Trade(EST) on the one hand, reflects a for-profit economic and trade relations, on the other hand also as a means of cultural communication, is able to provide cultural identity to lay an important role in promoting economic relations and trade of China-Asean economic cooperation. International education service and cooperation provides a new development path to the CAFTA, and another channel between China and Asean cooperation in the future.This study is divided into four parts. The first part starts from the proposal of the co ncept of the Educational Service Trade(EST), combined with the’one belt and one road’ strategy and the background of the construction of the Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Zone upgraded version,and summarizes the basic forms of EST. After that, I pointed out that t he significance of International Students Education in the process of Chinese ASEAN Ed ucational Service Trade,which I regarded as a basic research perspective as well in this ar ticle.The second part I summed up the present situation and the tendency of the Internatio nal Students Education in the process of Chinese ASEAN Educational Service Trade,whi ch I regarded as a experiential basis of the whole discussion. And in the last part, through the introduction of ’the theory of comparative advantage’ in international trade,I analyze d the comparative advantages of China-ASEAN trade in the educational services from se ven respects,which includes the "one belt and one road" pushing effect, the enhancement of China’s international influence, the attractiveness of traditional Chinese culture, the ad vantages of the curriculum and majors,and the costs of international students who study i n China. However, in reality, we should be fully aware of the superiority of EST output over ASEAN, at the same time, to see some of the problems and deficiencies, in case to better achieve the cooperation between China and Asean in the field of EST, so the fourth part of this study pointed out some outstanding contradictions and problems on the development of China’s EST to Asean. This part respectively according to the macro and micro perspectives, at the macro level, summarized the insufficiency Asean study abroad market, the structural imbalance, the students of the association of southeast Asian nations, the internationalization level of China’s higher education is not high, geopolitical factors, such as the seven aspects of the problems; At the micro level, the conclusion is pointed out that the two sides in the mutual recognition of degree progress has been slow, the insufficiency of China’s colleges and universities overseas publicity, foreign student scholarship coverage is not wide, education concept doesn’t match the request of internationalization development. Finally, according to the problem analysis of the whole text, this study put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, also from the two dimensions of macro and micro, as the essences of the entire study.From the selection of subject to the collection of empirical data, from the framework to the analysis of the specific issues, from the raise of problem to the final conclusion, reflects the combination of the international relations research perspective, pedagogy research perspective, international trade research perspective. At the same time, in this paper, the formation of the final conclusions are based on empirical research, realize the organic combination of theory with practice.
