Analysis On The Influencing Factor Of Developing Futsal In Chinese Colleges And Universities

Throughout the history of the development of football, it has been proved by practical experience of great football power that the futsal is very helpful to promote the further development of eleven man football and also improve the technical and tactical levels of eleven man football. However, the development of China’s futsal has lagged far behind the eleven man football. From the year of2003, Chinese FA began to hold the professional Futsal League in the six major football city. Since2006, the Vice Chairman of the Football Association Xue Li took charge Chinese futsal development, futsal has been widely carried out throughout the country. League continued to expand the scale, which started a new situation for futsal development in China.Currently, a considerable proportion of the active Futsal league teams in China are relying on colleges and universities to establish, while players are basically students in the university. This phenomenon can be considered as the natural choice for the development of Futsal soccer team. In other words, holding a futsal team in universities is a reasonable development mode, because the colleges and universities could provide fertile soil for the development of Futsal soccer. However, how to develop Futsal soccer in colleges and universities, what could be the impact of all factors including coaches, athletes, site, personnel training, player’s course learning, there is no clear answers to these urgent questions. Therefore this paper tried to analyze from the influence factors of Futsal soccer development in college students, helped to understand the impact mechanisms of various factors on the development of Futsal soccer, which could guide the colleges and universities to develop Futsal soccer more efficiently and also push the continual development for Futsal in China.This paper took the six active colleges and universities in Futsal League as the research object. Based on the systemic summary of research literature on influencing factors of development of Futsal soccer, this paper constructed a YA framework for various factors which influence the development of Futsal soccer in colleges and universities. The model made clear the influencing mechanism of various factors, which pointed out:the management system and mechanism is the motivating factor for Futsal soccer development, coaches and athletes is the core factor, conditions of security and technology service is the boost factor in the development of Futsal, while campus culture is a solid foundation in the Futsal’s development in colleges and universities.This paper used the method of questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics. Based on the framework above, we designed a structured questionnaire and investigated more than100Futsal football managers, coaches and athletes from six universities, which were Hubei University, China Three Gorges University, Guangzhou Sports University, University of Electronic Science and technology, Beijing Sport University and Shandong University.According to the results of the survey, all factors in YA framework do affect the devleopment of Futsal soccer in colleges and universities. Refer to the situation of all factors, the results show that the Hubei University as a typical representative of Futsal soccer development in recent years, the levels of each factor are better than other universities. The China Three Gorges University, as a new force, each factor reflects the good momentum of development. Compared to the two universities above, the Guangzhou Sports University and the University of Electronic Science and technology have a slightly lower level of all factors, but they have unique advantages, such as the guidance level of coaches and campus atmosphere in Guangzhou Sports University and the athletes training and technology service in UEST. The Beijing Sport University and Shandong University are in the initial stage, so the overall level of each factor are low. However the training mechanism of reserve is short board for all six colleges.Further we used the method of ANOVA to analysis the different impact of various factors. This paper found that "the stable professional training" is the most important factor,"the support of school leadership","school preferential policy" and "training of reserve" and other more important factors, while the "build with professional club" is a less important factor. At the same time, the paper also found that the importance judgement of affecting factors has a strong connection with the stage and needs of development. Hubei University and China Three Gorges University, which are comparatively mature believe that the occupation experience and teaching level for coach is important. The Guangzhou Sports University, in the middle level, thinks the school preferential policy is relative importance. And the Beijing Sport University and the Shandong University, in the initial stage, think stable training and talent cultivation is relatively important.According to the research conclusion, this paper also puts forward related suggestions for Futsal soccer development. First of all, the management system and mechanism are very important in the Futsal development, so we should promote the innovation of system and mechanism which can improve other factors playing a better role and stimulate the Futsal development activities. Secondly, universities should pay attention to the cultivation of reserve talents, lay a more solid foundation for the sustainable development of Futsal soccer in colleges and universities. Finally the development of Futsal soccer must adapt to the feature of school, since the successful experience of other colleges and universities can not be simply copied or imitated. Universities should choose appropriate development mode according to its own resource base and the stage of development.
