Research purposes:jump deep is the common use of the fast development of lower limb muscle strength exercise. Through to the basketball and track and field athletes jumping events in the same high jump deep landing on the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the test results and discussion, establish the athletes jumping on lower limb deep muscle biomechanical characteristics of the frame structure, the different project athletes are high suitability. To choose more appropriate jump deep in training practice, to compare the basketball and track and field jumping events athletes jump lower limbs explosive power and competitive level of sports training practice for two different items provide valuable theoretical reference.Methods:the main method of this study is to test method, using Kistler-dimensional load stage sampling frequency (500hz), casio RH-20high-speed cameras (shooting frequency120f/s) to complete the same deep high jump athletes in the finished synchronous test and the same high jump deep practice of kinematics and dynamics analysis of the characteristics. Research and the subjects for the basketball and track and field jumping events12second-level athlete.Based on the same level jump on kinematics and dynamics parameters of deep comparative analysis the following conclusions:1. From the comparison of dynamic index, basketball player’s biggest stretching force value is greater than jumping athletes of track and field, and track and field jumping athletes maximum buffer force greater than basketball player. Basketball athletes and athletics jump athletes jumping deep FZ kinetics curve of wave shape are similar; But basketball athletes of FZ maximum takeoff process is significantly higher than the athletics jump athletes. Basketball athletes in the buffer strength significantly less than the average athletics jump group. Because the basketball athletes in buffer strength is relatively small, the average shows its buffering capacity is relatively weak2. Where abouts in60cm high jump, two groups of players from the same height down to rotate the body center of gravity height is different, it jumped up as soon as possible to the center of gravity of the height of two groups of athletes has obvious gap, especially basketball group, its center of gravity leaps height is significantly higher than the track jumping group, to a great extent, reflects the movement of basketball player properties and strong ability to work. In terms of joint angles, on the ground, knee bends, largest jumping athletes of track and field ground each time changes in the Angle of ankle, knee, hip than basketball team athletes is big, this is due to the track and field jumping athletes lower limb muscle strength is relatively weak, poor ability to resist impact, therefore, in order to cushion the impact after the foot touches the ground, track and field jumping athletes have to deeper hip flexor action to complete the buffer.3. The same drop height, buffer and stretching in cohesion and coordination, good high jump height, again is an important standard to evaluate the quality of the deep jumping action. Whereabouts in60cm high jump, greatly reflect buffering capacity and lower limb muscle stretching ability strong or weak at the end of the buffer force value maximum. Centrifugal contraction of lower extremity muscle activity in spin-shorten cycle contraction of muscle activity plays an important role. Attaches great importance to the lower limb muscle "concession" the training of the ability to work, and strengthen the lower limb muscle "concession" work ability and the ability of rapid stretching in combination of integrity training, is the key to deep jump training. Basketball and track and field jumping events athletes on the special strength training means there should be a difference. Both in terms of external technical structure characteristics is also very similar. Can jump so deep as basketball and track and field jumping events athlete special strength training.
