The Research For The Campus Football Developing Situation Of Xi’an In Five Years

As the first batch of national campus football cities, in order to strengthen students’ physique, popularize football and reserve football talents for our country, Xi’an has hold campus football activities for five years. It has obtained many achievements, but also still has some problems. By referencing to the sessions of the national campus football work and mental, the author divides it into two stages and investigates the status of the campus football activities in Xi’an and longitudinal comparative analysis.This paper sets the primary and secondary schools in which Xi’an campus football layout as the research object, sends questionnaires to the participating students, coaches and parents, and interviews the school foot office and school leadership, to know the detailed conditions of two stages. By using the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, comparative analysis and other methods, the juvenile football activities at home and abroad are reviewed and analyzed. Combined with the national youth campus football spirit of relevant documents, this paper carries on the detailed analysis of the results of investigation and gets the following conclusions:1. The first stage of the campus football is relatively smooth, in particular, overcome the problem of the bad initial site condition. In the second stage, the hardware has been greatly improved, and all the school stadiums are artificial grassland.2. The number of primary and secondary schools participating in the campus football activities is remained at46, the number has increased for a while for there is no ground. The number of students participating in the campus football changes with the number of participating schools, and can be counted in the nearly two thousand which is more in practice. In the second stage, student training frequency and length also have a certain security, at least three times a week in average.3. Since most of the leader care about the school graduation rates and less likely to develop the football sports, sports cannot be compared with the so-called core classes in school, making it difficult to develop the campus football.4. The number of campus football coach in Xi’an is almost the same in two stages, and match the minimum standards for each school (two coaches). The total coach number will change with the addition and subtraction of the school number. The treatment of coach is below average of school teachers and not changes, which has affected the sense of motivation and responsibility of the coaches, and a high level coaches are gravely insufficient5. Carrying out Xi’an campus football league has been recognized by numerous teachers and students, which is the main task of the campus football in the first stage, and league referee still need to work harder. The league cannot cohesion between elementary and middle schools, high schools, universities influence the development of the whole campus football, and restricts the cultivation and reservation of the football talents.6. Parents of students are the main factor for students participating in the campus football. The most concerning of parents is the safety and academic achievement of children. To participate in the campus football activities, students have special insurance, and the security is related to the hardware facilities and the correct training by the coaches. Secondly, the conflict between students’ academic and football training makes that parents don’t want to put much money in this, also influencing the children to participate in many campus football activities.7. The narrow transport channel and imperfect system also restricted the role of the campus football conveying talents to Chinese football reserve. In the two stages, most students participating in normal school football enter the secondary school (high school), and a few students enter the key middle school (high school) and colleges through characteristic series, causing Chinese football reserve talent are much rarer. In addition that there is no professional soccer club in Shaanxi, which cannot form an echelon and block the transmission channel, the talented person may even be lossed and wasted.
