The Present Situation Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Class Culture Construction Of Middle Schools

The class is not only an important place for the healthy growth of the students, but also an organization of the school education and teaching activities. And the class culture construction is an important window for schools to implement the quality education and spiritual civilization construction. It is also a key factor that affects the physical and mental development of students and an important carrier to promote the harmonious development of school. Constructing good class culture has important and far-reaching significance to improve students’ moral cognition,mold students’moral sentiment,cultivate the moral characters and moral behaviors of students.The main purposes of this thesis are to grasp the present situation of research on class culture construction at home and abroad, understand the relevant concepts and functions of the class culture construction and the theoretical basis in researching understand the present situation of the middle school class culture construction and analyze the causes,then put forward countermeasures to strengthen the construction of class culture in middle schools.Through methods like education literature research,questionnaire surveys, individual interviews and education experience summarizing, this thesis investigates the present situations of class culture in Wuping Experimental Middle School of Fujian province,studies the existing problems in the construction of class culture in middle schools,analyzes the causes of the problems based on statistics,analysis and reasoning and arrives at a thinking of strengthening the work of the class culture construction in middle schools. That is:the premise of the class culture construction is the schoolmaster’s idea of running a school,the key of the class culture construction is to strengthen the construction of teacher teams, the key point of the class culture construction is to let students play the main roles, the base of the class culture construction is to strengthen the material culture construction, the security of class culture is to strengthen the system culture construction,the grade of class culture is to strengthen the behavioral culture construction and the soul of middle school class culture is to strengthen the spiritual culture construction.
