Research On Women Technical And Tactical Characteristics In National Kickboxing Championships2012

Kickboxing is one of the modern Olympic Games official competition projects; it is amajor use of hand and foot fighting or against the motion. Kickboxing better develop in ourcountry. China women’s kickboxing Athletes in Kickboxing to enter the Olympic family day,Chinese women athletes have a gold medal. In order to better understand China’s women’selite Kickboxing Athletes in the game’s technical and tactical characteristics, grasp andanalysis of technical development trend of China’s women’s kickboxing, provide scientificreference and theoretical basis for targeted training for coaches and athletes. This paper makesresearch technical and tactical characteristics of women athletes on the2012NationalKickboxing Championship and the London Olympic warm-up match through the literaturematerial method, interview method, video observation and mathematical statistics and otherresearch methods.The conclusions are as following:(1) The number of athletes fight, fight time and score the whole image is inverted "U". Inthe regular game time increases with the number of total bureau, increase the player fightsagainst the number, time and score are different, the curve in the rising gradually, in overtime,because the board by reducing the number and the "first score wins" the rules of the game, thegame time of fourth of the less, therefore, against the time, frequency and scores are reduced,curve figure fell sharply.(2) China Women’s kickboxing athletes using the roundhouse kick technical decline thanever before in the competition, is the highest frequency of use of technology, but the use offormer roundhouse kick rate did not decrease, but increased slightly; chop and kick back kicktechnique than previous growth in varying degrees, is the main use of the game in the leg,especially the splitting problem in kicking the head score plays an important role in the highdifficulty movement, using fewer.(3) Scoring hit head accounted for4into above, athletes good at using technology toattack the head become a major feature of this competition, the application of this and theimplementation of the new rules and electronic equipment have great relations, hammer head, technology has become the core technology of the current of Kickboxing, this technique canmake good use of it, in to a certain extent determines the outcome of the game results.(4) The Kickboxing competition in the tactical offensive and defensive back to main,athlete’s active attack consciousness is strong, aggressive tactics than defensive tactics;induced attacking tactics is more commonly used tactics, using corner tactics is also abattleground, circuitous tactics used by reducing the frequency than in the past.
