Along with the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, and the great change of organization’s survival environment and method, people has entered a "boundaryless career era". In this unstable and changeable era, people pay more attention to their professional development and career success. In the boundaryless career era, the level of self-acceptance determines the planning of career and evaluation of their career success. However, due to the defect of school education and family education in our country, both students and employees are in large proportion without clear self-awareness and sufficient self-acceptance, which causes they encounter many difficulties in the process of choosing a career and professional development. Under the background of Chinese society, this study selected highly educated women, who are the survey of the empirical research methods, and deeply discuss the relationship between self acceptance and professional success amoung them.This paper is based on a vast amount of recearch reviews and summarises the related theory of boundaryless career, self-acceptance and career success. In this paper, combined with the era background, based on the problems existing in the reality, it puts forward the empirical model and research hypothesis. Then confirmed bachelor of highly educated women as sample, this study adopts the method of questionnaire survey to collect data, using SPSS19.0statistical software for data analysis.By the study methods of exploratory factor analysis, the homogeneity reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods, the paper studied the female self with the relationship between acceptance and professional success, and investigated the influence of demographic variables on career success. Finally the paper summarizes the theoretical contribution and significance of this article, and analyzes the research limitations, and based on this, advances the outlook for late for this sort of research. These research main conclusions are:(1) Some demographic variables influences to career success.(2) There is significant positive relationship between Self-acceptance and career success.(3) The self-acceptance can effectively predict career success.
