Women’s weightlifting has rapidly developed since it has been accepted as a project of the Olympic Games and Chinese women weightlifting team is always one of the best in the world. As the development of weightlifting games, we devote more and more attention to the training of teenage athletes.Purpose of research:We want to know about the changing characteristics of the excellent young women weightlifting athlete’s physiological and biochemical indexes during the training period, analyze and evaluate the test result of every team member, and master the influence of the change of physiological and biochemical indexes on those athletes’ physical functions. Then we can provide some scientific and reliable theoretical foundation to the coach. By doing so, we can not only help the coach effectively carry out the training plan, but also regulate the training load and intensity timely. So the main purpose of this research is to offer some useful reference to the coach to obtain training effect of high quality.Experimental method:We test and record the physiological and biochemical indexes of six excellent young women weightlifting athletes from the national weightlifting high level reserve talents base in Baoji Sports School of Shaanxi Province during the eight-week training period. Those indexes include hemoglobin(HB), creatine kinase(CK), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), testosterone(T) and serum cortisol(C), then we will calculate the ratio of T and C(T/C).Research findings:1.The variation of hemoglobin(HB) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) of the six members shows some regularity, specifically, before and after the training, these two indexes experienced no significant change(P>0.05).2.The six members are greatly different from each other in creatine kinase(CK), and there is also significant difference betweent the results before and after the training (P<0.05).. 3. The testosterone(T) of six members are significantly different between individuals, but whether take participate in the training makes no differencec(P>0.05).4. Before and after training, those six members’serum cortisol(C) and T/C are significantly different(P<0.05)..Research conclusions:1.All those six team members’training load are implemented mainly according to the coach’s training plan, and four of them are in good consistency with the contents of the training plan. After the eight-week training period, the sport performance of six athletes are all improved.2.Faced with the changing of the six members’ physiological and biochemical indexes, we can see that through the eight-week training, those athletes can nicely adapted to the tensity and load of the training, that’s to say, the training plan is reasonable.3. The influence of heavy load training on athletes’creatine kinase(CK) is continuous and strongm, so the training plan for the weightlifting athlete should have clear pace.4.The degree of the athletes adapt to the heavy load training are different between individuals, so the coach must remember the principle of differential treatment.
