The Research On Art Of Attack And Defense Of24-type Tai Chi

In the paper, the author uses methods of literature method, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, questionnaire survey and empirical study to analyze24-type tai chi. Firstly, by analyzing tai chi’s origin, development and evolution, the relationship between its attack and defense nature and its nature of regimen, the paper shows that the essence of tai chi is attack and defense, as well as the absence of tai chi’s attack and defense nowadays. Then the author analyzes24-type tai chi’s philosophy, principles, characteristics, and further obtains24-type tai chi’s basic contents, the methods and respiratory ideas of attack and defense, in order to classify24-type tai chi for offensive and defensive categories, at the same time, its offensive actions are refined into far, near, zero distance actions. Next, based on the analysis above, the author concludes the24-type tai chi’s deficiency in the development process and correction method. By the empirical research, the author works out that the teaching of24-type tai chi can contribute to keeping students’interest in learning, can promote students’awareness of offense and defense. Finally, the author classifies the students, analyzes their offensive and defensive consciousness, their recognition of the offensive and defensive teaching methods and their learning purposes with different genders, ages, China and Indonesia, teachers and students. The purpose of this paper is to achieve the differences through research results, put forward the method to teach students according to their aptitude, and form a completed research system of art of attack and defense about24-type tai chi.
