With the rapid development of society, to speed up the movement of people, the traditional "social acquaintance" quick to "strangers" change. Especially courageous anti blackmail event, do good things but without money to treat injuries and other events, further exacerbating the distrust between people in society. No one approached the elderly fall arm, but to see people jumping booing applause, the elderly begging on the bus seat while others indifferent bystander phenomenon to occur. Therefore, a correct view of this phenomenon, the use of the scientific method is essentially the root causes for the phenomenon in order to find effective countermeasures, to build a healthy and vibrant harmonious and orderly society. Through the use of the scientific method of phenomenology, to "make no public transport on your seat," the hot issue, for example, analyze the nature of crowd behavior on the sidelines of public occasions.This paper discussed the following five aspects:The first part, through the introduction of the case leads to social hot issues to be studied articles—spectator behavior and define an accurate explanation of the main concept based on purpose of this study. Refers to the so-called bystander in a particular time and space environments, when the field of others or the public life difficulties or crisis need help, blindly passive watching or waiting, but no positive action to help bail out some recipients kinds of individuals or groups. Distinction between broad and narrow sense of the spectator on the sidelines, to clear object of study. And then define another two important concepts phenomenology and public occasions. This article is based on one of the typical public places—example of if help others by providing seat on public transport.The second part, through literature review, presented research on the issue of no seat on the sidelines behavior and public transport. In this paper, ethics, social psychology, social and cultural, social support, and political sociology carding four angles detailed research results at home and abroad on the sidelines phenomena.The third part, the author’s studied data collected through field observations and interviews, in which subjective purposive sampling approach ultimately found for the purpose of this study15subjects. Open elderly lanes, improve the utilization of the "love seat"; strengthen moral education universal in modern society, especially children and adolescents must strengthen the independence of culture; perfect the security system for person who help others, through legal means to severe punish criminal activities, to enhance the confidence of the whole society to do good thingsIn short, to reverse society spectator behavior of the whole society, need multi-faceted, long-term effort.
