Research On Entrepreneurial Talent Training Mode For Xishuangbanna Higher Vocational Education In Yunnan Province

The21st century is an era of knowledge-based economy. Science and technology change quickly with each passing day, with the increasing competition, thus social demand for talent quality is becoming higher and higher. In recent years, the development of Yunnan higher vocational education has obtained great achievements, and has cultivated a large number of application-oriented skilled talents of higher quality. Xishuangbanna is the southernmost national minority autonomous prefecture (Dai) of Yunnan province, so the development of economic society and education still lags behind. However, in recent years, Higher vocational education has developed rapidly in Xishuangbanna, and Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College as the only one of the Higher Vocational Institutions in Xishuangbanna, has become the first batch of provincial demonstrative higher vocational colleges and universities in Yunnan province, but on the whole, it is still far away from those higher vocational education which meets the requirements of prefecture’s economic and social development. Because of its short time of management, weak foundation, low level and small size as well as weak social influence, etc. Xishuangbanna higher vocational education in Yunnan province must accelerate the reform and development, strengthen the specialties, and change the innovative talent training mode in order to continuously improve the quality of talent training. Therefore, this thesis chooses to study on the construction of entrepreneurial talent training mode for Xishuangbanna higher vocational education in Yunnan province as the initial research subject.This thesis mainly adopts literature research method, field survey method, system analysis method and comparative analysis approach, etc to discuss the theoretical framework of higher vocational education entrepreneurial talent training mode, and to analyze successful practice and experience of domestic and overseas higher vocational education. On the basis of Yunnan Xishuangbanna higher vocational education’s performance and school-running specialties, it aims at finding out the shortage of talent cultivating mode and proposing optimized approaches for them. Finally, according to the actual conditions of Yunnan Xishuangbanna’s economic and social development, this thesis explores the new entrepreneurial talent training mode of "one core, two courses, trinity and four dimensions" to construct Xishuangbanna higher vocational vocational educational entrepreneurial talent training mode. Because entrepreneurial education is still in the initial stage in Xishuangbanna, there are still many difficulties in many aspects, such as design of entrepreneurial education curriculum system, exploitation of entrepreneurial education teaching materials, and construction of entrepreneurial education teaching staff. As long as we constantly explore and study in the educational teaching practices, and consider the practical condition of Yunnan Xishuangbanna’s economic and social development to work out the solution, Yunnan Xishuangbanna higher vocational educational entrepreneurial talent training mode will obtain great achievements.
