Research purposes: Along with the rapid development of modern competitive sports,sports event requirements also more and more higher, in the sanda sports have strong antagonism, features such as high pressure, large strength, make the athletes in the process of fighting spirit has been in a highly centralized stress state, while the sanda technique is more, but because of the game’s action stability requirements, training more at ordinary times for the same kind of technique to practice repeatedly in the monotonous, boring, repetitive training and psychological strain players will inevitably produce sports fatigue.physiological fatigue can through objective evaluation index, determination of athletic psychological fatigue is more based on subjective experience of the coaches and athletes, subjective feeling is important but not quantitative, it is difficult to define standard fatigue. Which requires objective physiological indicators on the athletes’ athletic psychological fatigue tests, this paper USES the index of heart rate variability of sports psychological fatigue test to explore the correlation of heart rate variability of athletic psychological fatigue, for application of heart rate variability in athletes of athletic psychological fatigue detection provides the basis. At the same time take body-building qigong baduanjin as the experimental intervention to explore its influence on motility mental fatigue, for fitness qigong baduanjin in alleviating motility provide theoretical basis for the application of psychological fatigue.Research methods: This study selected the Shanghai female sanda team 26 players as experimental object, the object according to the athletes’ mental fatigue questionnaire tests results and factors such as age, sports life of the average divided into experimental group and control group in each group of 13 people. Experimental group for 2 months of qigong baduanjin to practice. Control for an age group. All subjects before and after the experiment adopts biological coherence and autonomic balance training system for athletes’ mental fatigue test and questionnaire.Research results: 1. After 2 months of fitness qigong baduanjin exercises, group sports psychological fatigue total score value significantly lower than the control group and two sets of data have significant difference; The control group before and after the experiment fatigue total divided into trend but have no significance. 2.2months of qigong baduanjin after practice, the experimental group in heart rate variability index M- HRT is lower than the control group, the time domain in heart rate variability index PNN50 %, time domain RMS- SD, SD- HRT, SDNN is higher than the control group, PNN50 % exists significant difference(P<0.05), the RMS-SD is very significant difference(P<0.01), the experimental group of heart rate variability index LFnorm frequency domain, LF/HF is lower than the control group,including LFnorm, LF/HF is very significant difference(P < 0.01), HF, HFnorm, LF,TP, VLF is higher than the control group, the TP exists significant difference(P<0.05), HF, HFnorm very significant differences(P<0.01); The experimental group in the evaluation index, the index of heart rate variability nonlinear stability index and coordination index is higher than the control group, and there were very significant differences(P<0.01). 3.2 months of qigong baduanjin group dynamic mental fatigue scores before and after practice value and heart rate variability index of frequency domain into negative correlation; The RMS- SD is significant; Heart rate variability index LFnorm, time domain and LF/HF fatigue total divided into positive correlation,HF, HFnorm, LF, TP, VLF negative correlation with fatigue scores values, LF is significant(P < 0.05), HF, TP, VLF has very significant(P < 0.01); Heart rate variability index of nonlinear evaluation index and stability index and coordination index and the total fatigue into negative correlation, the evaluation index and coordination index has a significant(P < 0.05), stability index has very significant(P< 0.01).Research conclusions: 1. After 2 months of qigong baduanjin exercise can make female sanda athlete’s sports mental fatigue level dropped significantly. Negative evaluation, a sense of achievement in sports lower scores are declining, a significant decline in emotional energy depletion scores. 2. After 2 months of qigong baduanjin exercise can make female sanda athlete’s heart rate variability increases, especially the vagus nerve activity was significantly enhanced so as to protect the heart, a significant reduction in the LF/HF suggests baduanjin practice has improve the heart autonomic nervous system regulating ability effect. 3.2 months of qigong baduanjin motility mental fatigue scores before and after exercise and heart rate variability response index of vagus nerve negative correlation; With the reaction of the sympathetic nerve cannot be determined indicators related; And react negatively correlated with heart rate variability index of comprehensive ability. 4. This experiment that: long-term practice qigong baduanjin on athletes athletic psychological fatigue recovery and prevent a good role in promoting; Female sanda athletes and baduanjin practice for the improvement of heart rate variability physiological indexes could increase the regulation of autonomic nervous system, improve motility mental fatigue in feedback.
