Some scholars think that education is communication under the new curriculum concept, teaching activities are the dialogues, understanding the meanings and constructions of communication activities between educators and the educatee, and language is the main medium of communication. The effectiveness of the teachers’ talk, which determines the effectiveness of the classroom teaching, has an influence on the thoughts of the students directly. However there are a large number of inefficient and ineffective teaching languages in the actual classroom teaching. The teaching language effectiveness of acquaintance of the teachers is just remained in the empirical summary level; they can just say some abstract words but can’t say specific operational measures.Therefore, this research was studied the effectiveness of the verbal language of instruction on the perspective of communication, including three parts, namely theoretical research, compilation of the instruments and practical research. First, the propagation mode of the verbal language of instruction was constructed, which was based on the theory of the information dissemination and constructivism; based on which the mechanism of transmission was also expounded, and the essence of the verbal language of instruction was revealed, too. The propagation process of the verbal language of instruction was that: as the communicators, the teachers should encode the teaching content on the basis of teaching objectives, then the teaching content were diffused to the students in the form of verbal language.After the content of the communication was selected, and then was self-projection and coding, finally, the meaning construction was formed, and new cognitive structures were established. The effectiveness of the verbal language of instruction was depended on the teachers, but more depended on the students. Effective the verbal language of instruction can be benefit for the students receiving the message and achieve the purpose of communicating with students, and the students will understand the meaning of the formation of the information and construct new cognitive language.Then the assessment index system and the standard of evaluation were constructed on the basis of interviewing method and Delphi Technique, and then they were analyzed by the means of the transmission mechanism of verbal language. Finally, the empirical research was conducted on the logic and enlightening of the verbal language of instruction. First, empirical research of the dialogue in the classroom was conducted in the respective of structure elements and units pattern on the basis of IRF theory; second, empirical research of the logia of the language was also conducted.
