But by reading the status quo with regard to the construction of the domestic educational information found in the literature, primary and secondary education, information technology has not balanced regional presence construction, information technology is not perfect teaching staff and education information management system and measures imperfect, these problems will lead to instability and uneven development of education information construction.In this paper, primary and secondary education in order to study Yanbian information technology management status, preferred the status quo in the Yanbian information infrastructure primary and secondary education were understanding and analysis, And construction management in order to further study the problems in the Yanbian random sample of four counties in the eight schools, and the eight primary and secondary schools for the study, Through literature, interviews, questionnaires and data analysis of information on school teaching staff, the teachers information facility utilization situation and information management systems and measures conducted a survey and analysis, Finally, after summarizing and analyzing the problems put forward countermeasures and suggestions education, information technology management to be taken.Through statistical analysis of the data, the following conclusions:1) Yanbian compulsory education schools lack specialized information technology leadership;2) The lack of incentives, did not arouse the enthusiasm of teachers;3) In the building overlooks the role of evaluation mechanisms;4) Lack of construction funds, the subsequent construction and management could not be guaranteed.
