According to the plight of class evaluation in the middle schoolas well as the practical and historical experience towards theteaching and researching activity of the evaluation about classroomteaching evaluation by the workshop of Ping Shui Chuan Xi, thisresearch attempts to explore an ideal path towards the teaching andresearching activity of the evaluation about classroom teachingevaluation. Based on the above research purpose, this researchconsists of two parts, including the analysis of basic theory and theexploration of practice and structure system.In the analysis part of basis theory, this research attempted tosolve the natural problem about the reason of schools need todevelop the teaching and researching activity of the evaluation aboutclassroom teaching evaluation in China. This research has a morein-depth explanation towards the basis theory towards the teachingand researching activity of the evaluation about classroom teachingevaluation from three aspects of ontology、 epistemology andmethodology. From the ontological point of view, as to classroom teaching evaluation research activity, the teaching and researchingactivity of the evaluation about classroom teaching evaluation arethe meta-evaluation, which is based on meta consciousness. It is ahigher level of introspection and summary. From the epistemologicalpoint of view, as to classroom teaching evaluation research activity,it is an interactive cognitive development, which is based oncognitive interaction theory. It is a special form of cognitive activities.From the methodological point of view, as to classroom teachingevaluation research activity, it is a feedback control based on thesystem theory. It is an important part of the classroom teachingevaluation research activity.In the exploration part of practice and structure system, thisresearch attempts to solve two problems, including the essence ofteaching and researching activity of the evaluation about classroomteaching evaluation and how to carry out the teaching andresearching activity of the evaluation about classroom teachingevaluation. This research will review the teaching and researchingactivity of the evaluation about classroom teaching evaluationspecifically defined as a systematic teaching and researchingactivity to do reasonable analysis and comment of the wholeclassroom teaching evaluation activity. In order to promote teachersto improve their own assessment accomplishment and service classroom teaching of middle school effectively, this teaching andresearching activity is according to certain standards andstandardized methods by the class evaluation professionalcommunity after the classroom teaching evaluation activity. Based onthe introspection summary and qualitative study of the teaching andresearching activity of the evaluation about classroom teachingevaluation by the workshop of Ping Shui Chuan Xi, this researchbelieves that the system structure of the teaching and researchingactivity of the evaluation about classroom teaching evaluationincludes six aspects, such as the purpose of promoting classroomteaching evaluation specialization, the main body of themultidisciplinary multilevel teacher classroom teaching evaluationcommunity, the content of evaluating the evaluation of the evaluator,the method of combining with the self-assessment and peerassessment, the process of the main assessment and auxiliaryassessment, and the summary of reasonable record and scientificintrospection. In the process of explaining the system structure ofthe teaching and researching activity of the evaluation aboutclassroom teaching evaluation, this research use the practical andhistorical experience of the workshop of Ping Shui Chuan Xi as acase to provide reference for other schools to carry out the teachingand researching activity of the evaluation about classroom teaching evaluation.
