The rapid development of information technology has changed people’s way of life and communication gradually, and "everyone has an online learning space" has also become an important goal of educational informationization. At the same time, teachers’ personal cyberspace also got development rapidly. Teachers’ personal cyberspace should have what function on earth, and how to use these functions abundantly, these problems should be solved.This study analyzes and demonstrates the teachers’ personal cyberspace should have four basic functions:interpersonal linking function, resource sharing function, interaction interflowing function and information creating function; using documentary method, observation method and interview method to analyze the present situation of the application of typical personal cyberspace (such as QQ space and blog space) and teacher’s space in Zhejiang education resource network. Aimed at problems when teachers use teachers’ space, designing three types of activities, they are writing teaching reflection, promoting information to create and share; Collecting and managing teaching resources, improving resource share; Carrying out online teaching discuss, intensifying link and interaction; and set forth effect, type, and implementation process of each activity in detail. Finally, invited some part of the English teachers, Mathematics teachers and Information Technology teachers of Zhejiang Province to use the three kinds of activities in teachers’ personal cyberspace. In implementation, the teachers of different subjects were divided into three groups, each group sets up a team leader, whom should be responsible for a group and organize members of each group to carry out the activities.The results of implementation show:implementing these activities can give play to the functions of teachers’ space in teachers’ personal cyberspace preferably; implementing activities about education and teaching can promote the development of teachers in teachers’ personal cyberspace; implementing these activities in teachers’ personal cyberspace, which can arouse teachers’ interest of applying virtual platform, improve the teachers’ attainment of information technology gradually. So we can see application research of teachers’ personal cyberspace has great practical significance.
