Injuries accidents in School Physical Education mean the students that take part in the sports activities inside school or outside the school, including physical education, extracurricular sports activities, sports competitions and extracurricular sports training, as well as the management responsibility in the school sports venues and other sports facilities, caused personal injury and mental damage to students and caused seriously influence to the victim’s life or even killed the victim in the accident.In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of injuries accidents in School Physical Education and the related law is not sound, brought serious harm to the country,schools, teachers, families and individuals, and seriously hindered the implementation of school physical education goals. Injuries accidents in School Physical Education have become a big problem to carry out.This paper takes the cases of injuries accidents in School Physical Education in Gansu province as the research objects, through the literature material method,questionnaire survey method, interview method, cases analysis, mathematical statistics and logic analysis to do a detailed analysis of injuries accidents in School Physical Education of Gansu province in recent years. Try to discuss the liability subject of injuries accidents in the physical education teaching and extracurricular sports activities, to adopt the principle of imputation and precautionary measures.Hope to arouse people’s attention, called for perfecting the legislation as early as possible so as to ensure the smooth progress in sports teaching.The results show that in the cases of injuries accidents in School Physical Education in Gansu, the highest incidence of junior middle school students, the lowest incidence of primary school students, high school students is the second; And these most cases occurred in physical education and extracurricular sports activities.Because the legal relationships between schools and students are not clear, when occurs injuries accidents, it is indistinct to define the liability. At present, Gansu province school sports security situation is not optimistic. Outstanding performance in the following aspects: first, in terms of physical factors mainly for Gansu province school sports supplies environmental conditions is bad, the sports facilities are aging,the student movement space is very crowded, Two, in terms of human factor is mainly the safety of the students sports consciousness, insufficient understanding of the risk of sports injury accident is the first cause of the injuries accidents in School Physical Education happen, in addition, teachers’ dereliction of duty is also to be noticed,Three, mainly in terms of school management factors of sports teachers’ and students’ safety education, after the injury accident emergency system interoperability is not strong, the school sports facilities management is weak, class size is too big, not easy to manage. Four, the social factors that mainly is the partial student’s eating habits is not reasonable, so the students are easy to get hurt; parents’ understanding of injuries accidents in School Physical Education needs to be improved.Aim at the existing conclusions, and combined with the practical situation of Gansu, put forward the suggestions: 1. building system of students’ health records;2.it is recommended that the schools should buy injuries accidents insurance; 3.to strengthen the checking security of sports equipments; 4.to enhance teachers’ legal consciousness; 5.to strengthen education of security sports to the students;6.perfecting the legislation.
