Occupation burnout is a kind of occupation pressure. It refers to a series of psychological and physiological syndrome as a result of the long-term emotional tension and interpersonal stress in the occupation environment. The research of high school politics teachers’ burnout in this paper is divided into three aspects:(a) the reasons of political teachers’ burnout in high school;(b) the negative influence of political teachers’ burnout in high school;(c) the intervention recommendations of political teachers’ burnout in high school.Reasons for the formation of political teachers’ burnout in high school include social factors, school factors and teachers’ personal factors.(a) Social factors: because of the status gap between primary and secondary branches caused by education system, and test scores as the only standards of student achievement and other reasons, high school politics course is considered as "course of Vice Division," its status suffers a long-term Snub.(b) School factors: the heaviness of Teachers’ work, the imperfection of competition mechanism and other factors are important reasons for political teachers’ burnout in high school.(c) teachers’ personal factors: professional competence, role conflict and role ambiguity, lack of objective awareness of themselves and disharmonious interpersonal relation are variable factors of political teachers’ burnout in high school. The negative influences of political teachers’ burnout in high school include three aspects: the negative influences on society, schools and individual teachers.(a) negative influence on society: Political teachers’ burnout in high school may cause a series of social problems. For example, overall decline of level of social moral, loss of human resources, burden of medical and support services systems and so on.(b) negative influence on schools: the teaching activity and the healthy growth of the student body and mind will be subject to a certain extent negative impact.(c) the negative influence on teachers: Burnout will cause negative impacts on political teachers’ physiology, psychology and behaviors in varying degrees. In allusion to political teachers’ Burnout in high school, this paper presents the following Intervention recommendations:(a) active intervention in the political teacher’s burnout in high school from the external environment;(b) confronting the political teachers’ burnout in high school from the internal roots. From the external environment the active intervention in political teachers’ burnout in high school includes: giving high school political teachers full understanding and respect; improving teacher management system, providing multilevel training opportunities. From the internal roots confronting the political teachers’ burnout in high school includes: promoting reform of political cause in high school, exploring flexible and innovative teaching methods; facing squarely the burnout problem, adhering to the correct ideals and beliefs; Learning to communicate with others, improving social skills; Focusing on the mental health’s maintenance and adjustment.
