How to use scientific means and methods, to promote China’s women’s marathon obviously become a major problem in front of scientific research personnel and coaches. So it is necessary for the woman ’s heptathlon training from a new perspective to examine, from the athletes’ training schedule for many years, the training content, method and means of the implementation of athletes, training load, the intensity of a detailed analysis and study.This article is to Jia Chaofeng twelve before training for the case study, through the literature material method, interview method, mathematical statistics method to Jia Chaofeng years training arrangement(the division of training cycle, the change of the load, load intensity in the process of sports training), 12 meeting the annual training arrangement are analyzed, the following conclusions, hope for our women’s marathon training provides valuable reference and reference to:1.
