Some negative phenomenon,such as utilitarianism,value-losing and moral decline, started with the rapid development of the market-oriented economy.To make matters worse,this spread to vocational school students.Vocational education guided by employment,sets higher vocational colleges as cradle of cultivating relative employees of the future,its professional ethics education level not only has a direct impact on quality of personnel training,but also affect students’ careers.Most vocational students are going to the jobs after their graduation,for example,most of vocational school students major in pre-school education are future teachers,their main employments are infants,and will full-circle the kids.Therefore,the kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics will not only impact the kids’ healthy growth,but has relation with the kids’ future.Thus,professional ethics is indispensable of high vocational school to students major in pre-school education. Virtue ethics has important value in the promotion of human and self perfection in today’s world.Therefore, it’s a good choice to absorb useful thought of moral emotion whatever Chinese or western, and apply to enhance students’ professional ethics.Research has found that most of the high vocational schools require students high scores in academic achievement and skills,but not the same with professional ethics,so it’s really need to research on this project.This paper selected sophomore and junior students,who major in preschool education, as the investigation object.Through in-depth questionnaires and interviews, we found that students majoring in pre-school education has a low professional identity,thus their professional ethics level is affected. The education of professional ethics has an unreasonable evaluation methods, unscientific curriculum and unvalued education of professional ethics.In this paper,some pointed suggestions were put forward.
