With the development of computer technology and mobile internet, information technology is widespread used in education. More and more people acquire knowledge by internet. With the advance of OER and OCW, open education concept becomes popular, and MOOC is born at the right moment in this context. Faced with the rapid expansion of MOOC, China has made some relevant policies, and builds MOOC union of Chinese universities. In the notice of "Education Informatization Priorities for 2014", made by the Chinese Ministry of Education, developing and applying high quality digital resources in higher education and continuing education has been explicitly brought into education informatization.In this paper, through reading lots of literatures about "MOOC" and "e-learning behavior" at home and abroad, I analyze students’e-learning behavior about the course of "Couplets Appreciation and Creation" SPOC, which is uploaded to Chaoxing MOOC Platform. Based on the analysis results, I sum up the rule of e-learning behavior and learning effect, and give advices to promote the learning effect, and hope to provide some guidance for colleges in China in building and supervising SPOC.
