Football is one of the most popular sports which make hundreds of millions of fans around the world crazy. Without the support of the fans, modern football cannot develop well. The fans is not only a beautiful landscape in the stadium, but also treated as a kind of social and cultural phenomenon which contains wealthy culture. In nowadays, football fans has made great contribution to the economic, cultural and social development. Foreign professional football clubs have fully recognized the importance of the fans and made great efforts to create the colorful fans culture. In contrast, Chinese professional football clubs still have large gaps in aspect of shaping fans culture.This paper obtains valuable information and data through literature review, visiting and investigating the clubs, the fans and the media, issuing questionnaires to the fans and players. The whole paper analyze fans culture from the material level, behavior level and spirit level, detailed analyzing the current situation of Chinese professional football club in the development of the fans products, fans facilities, club books and magazine, the behavior of the fans, fans organization management, setting up the fans values and spirit. The research presents following conclusion that the cultural construction of all football clubs have started, clubs have emphasized on the construction of fans culture and get a lot of achievements, but the professional football club still have a lot of deficiencies in every link of construction of the fans culture, which restrict the further development of fan culture. It also analyzes the economic value, cultural value and social value in the fans culture, exploring the influence of club fans culture on players psychology. It makes conclusion about the necessity of Chinese professional football clubs in fans culture.According to the advanced experience of the abroad with the realistic needs of the domestic fans, this study presents the following strategies: Set up a long-term development strategy of fans products, build the gathering place of fans where treat stadium as the core, try to found the fans activity place like restaurant and other places, to do a good job on the club publication production and distribution, enhance the guiding function of the staff and the players, strengthen the construction work of the fans organization, improve the services which related to fans, build positive brand image of the club.
