The migration teaching into the junior middle school thought personal character class can effectively integrate the ideological and moral course and other disciplines of knowledge content, prominent features of junior middle school thought personal character class comprehensive. It can make full use of students’ previous acquisition of knowledge and experience to pave the way for the junior middle school thought personal character class learning new knowledge and skills. And it also can be the junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson learned knowledge and skills to use in actual life, reflecting the characteristics of moral education in junior middle school life. So, migration teaching has a unique position and value in junior moral lesson.This paper comprehensively uses literature, interview, observation and other research methods, which is first revealing the relevance between the teaching of transfer and the moral education in junior middle school, and providing the basis for the effective application of the ideological and moral education in junior middle school.Secondly, the problems and reasons of the application of the transfer teaching in Ideological and moral education are analyzed. By investigating and interviewing the reality of the classroom, we found that the migration of teaching in junior high ideological and moral lessons use process, there is a lack of basic teaching migration, migration teaching "lost Union ", the migration of teaching to become " empty talk " and other issues. It mainly due to the teachers’ migration theory lack of understanding, teaching content out of student real life, the single tradition of teaching method and student mindset obstacles, etc. So it lead the teaching of the transfer is not well integrated into the ideological and moral education. Therefore according to the causes, this paper from the teachers’ correct grasp of the transfer teaching methods and students in the learning process of the transfer of the two aspects of the transfer of teaching in the middle school ideological and moral education path. And I designed a teaching of the application of the transfer teaching in the ideological and moral education in junior middle school. With the view of the transfer of the teaching can play a real role in the ideological and moral education in junior middle school.
