In the situation of present continuous blending and permeation of multi culture, great changes have taken place in the social concept, content with such teachers’ professional quality is facing serious challenges, and how to correctly understand and solve our country’s professional moral anomie problem of rural primary school teachers has become a major topic of social concern. This article a through a questionnaire survey of the rural primary school in Shandong province Liaocheng city students combined to the teacher individual interviews, elaborated the present situation and problems of rural primary school teachers lack of performance analysis of ethics, professional ethics of rural primary school teachers in China to the effect of social anomie, schools and students and the deep-seated reasons caused by accordingly, in order to targeted to explore to fit specific ideas and break through the path of rural primary school teachers professional moral anomie problem solving, effectively promote China’s rural primary school teachers’ professional ethics construction, promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural education. We also have reason to believe, along with the growing concern for the academic and social and professional ethics of teachers in rural primary school teachers of the anomie phenomenon of their constant reflection and rational forward, teachers’ Professional Ethics Anomie problems will be solved gradually, so that our rural education from primary school to a healthy and orderly development, effectively deal with many challenges.
