This paper mainly based on questionnaires and in-depth interviews, selected 86 Chinese volunteer teachers in South Korea primary and secondary schools,investigate the totally situation of the teaching adaption of Chinese volunteer teachers in South Korea, the difficulties of their and the reasons to lead problems. Finally put forward some suggestions and countermeasures about how to improve the volunteers’ teaching adapt abilities from subjective and objective aspects.The study found that Chinese volunteer teachers in South Korea primary and secondary schools to adapt to the situation is generally good, but also have some adjustment difficulties. Mainly as follows: classroom management problem, volunteers are difficult to maintain the normal teaching order; the lack of teaching resources, too much lesson prep work; volunteers are difficult to mobilize the students’ interest and so on.Finally, about the improving ways of helping volunteer teachers’ adapt in teaching, this thesis mainly focuses on, Objective aspect, Hanban should refine the training to enhance the training of relevance, while focusing on Korean training, provide comprehensive school-related information in advance. Also, the ROK education department should strengthen the training of practical, organize Korea learning and teaching experience regularly exchanges. Schools should strengthen the support given to volunteer teachers, concern for the life and teaching of volunteers, initiative to provide help. Besides, improve the transition of volunteer teachers, build schools information systems and information systems of old and new volunteers. Subjective aspect, a volunteer teacher should be prepared before going abroad, change their attitude, and actively respond to the problem. In addition, to strengthen the teaching of the review and summary, share successful teaching methods and experiences among volunteers. Volunteers should communicate more with partner teachers, expand communication range. Last, to enhance learning, improve their capabilities.
