A Research On University News Network’s Function Of Ideological And Political Education

As mankind enters the information society, the development of networks has profoundly changed the production of human life, university news network came into being,plays a dominant and recessive effect in the function of ideological and political education. News network is an important part of university propaganda work, in the principle of "the party guiding news", takes charge of the news reports, announcements, the construction of campus culture.It is the important channel of information dissemination and communication between the school and society, a main carrier of the public opinion in the universities, but an important part of the construction of campus culture,universities should give a full play to the role of campus news network,in order to build a comprehensive campus media platform of text, pictures, audio,video in ideological and political education.Studying the function of ideological and political education of university news network, not only conducive to the theory innovation of carrier of ideological and political education, but also conducive to the continuous improvement of its content and form, to achieve innovation in practice.Universities news network’s five functions of stable News cohesion, positive orientation, scientific education, communication services, and doubling spread,can enrich the spiritual and cultural life of college students, boost the comprehensive development of students. However, college news network also faces the challenge of network life normalization, fast interaction of Weibo,the lighting reading of Wechat,and so on.At the same time, the university is also facing the dilemma of shortage of news team building, poor dissemination of results, poor form showing, college news network should adhere to positive guidance, carry forward the socialist core values;make cross-media collaboration possible, play the educational function of new media; improve the content of pluralism and make university news network close to campus life, campusreality, teachers and students, in order to better play the function of ideological and political education.This dissertation is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction,the background and significance of this research are described,makes a research on the summary of the university news network’s function of ideological and political education,and explains the research contents and methods used in this paper.The second part discusses the theoretical basis of university news network,the emergence and development of college news network’s function of ideological and political education,as well as functional features.The third section discusses the main content of the university news network’s function of ideological and political education.The fourth part, according to the author’s questionnaire survey conducted by Guangzhou four colleges,proposes the challenges and difficulties university news network is facing. The sixth part discusses the way exploration university news network playing the function of ideological and political education,and points out that under the new historical conditions,university news network in playing the function of ideological and political education still accomplish a great deal.
