Twenty-first Century is the knowledge economy time, the senior personnel person has gradually become the important factor which decides the enterprise market competition ability, has the direct influence to the enterprise’s long-term development. In recent years, the recruitment of senior personnel recruitment outsourcing has become a big trend in the future of human resources management, and those who are mainly engaged in the business of senior personnel recruitment services intermediary agencies-Human Resources Company and executive search companies, in promoting the flow of senior personnel, the introduction of senior personnel and other aspects of the role is becoming increasingly important.H Human Resources Company is with the development and construction of Hengqin new area, the large number of well-known central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, listed companies of large enterprises to the process of investing in Hengqin New Area in the development of professional human resources services. H human resources company was established at the beginning is specifically for Hengqin new area administrative institutions and subordinate state-owned enterprises to provide human resources and social security work, with the needs of the development of market economy, and gradually expand the agency personnel recruitment, senior personnel recruitment services (headhunting), human resource dispatch, training and consulting business.This paper mainly focus on the theme of "senior personnel recruitment business management of H Human Resources Company", through reading a lot of relevant literature, studying, analyzing and summarizing the research status of the relevant theories of senior personnel recruitment, and to study the problems of H Human Resources Inc. First of all, through the questionnaire survey and the company’s recruitment service data in recent 3 years, the status of senior personnel recruitment business management in H Human Resources Company is summarized and analyzed. The existing problems are found:such as the recruitment business process is not standardized, recruitment channels is narrow, the selection method is lack of scientific and objective, recruitment consultant professional level is not high, recruitment business assessment work is not enough attention, lack of business tracking evaluation and assessment of long-term mechanism, etc.. In view of the above problems, combined with the actual situation of H Human Resources Company, the specific reasons for its production were analyzed, and the H Human Resources Company in order to improve the management system, improve the effectiveness of senior personnel recruitment business, so that H Human Resources Company in the industry competition has advantages. At the same time, it is hoped that through this study to provide a practical inspiration for the recruitment of senior personnel in the same industry in the same industry.
