The Influences Of Two Different Physical Fitness Activities On Physical Health Of Middle-aged Women

Objective:By comparing two different effects of squaring dancing and Tai Chi soft ball on middle aged women and old women, we hold the purpose for better knowing the effect of these two different kinds of exercising on constitution, routine blood tests, and cholesterol. By analyzing the character of these two exercises, we are to accelerating the national sports and offer some data and reference for scientific exercisingMethods:In Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province respectively gym square dance, and tai chi soft ball exercise each 25 ordinary middle-aged and old women (45 to 65 years old) as the subjects. Under the guidance of social political instructor, participants in a six-month exercise, each training time at 19:00-21:00 (15 min preparation, sustained exercise 90 min, sorting relax 15 min), four times per week, strength control in about 60% of maximum heart rate. In the related indexes of two groups of subjects before and after the experiment test, test indicators are:(1) physical indicators:height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI index, waist-to-hip ratio, abdominal skinfold, upper arm skinfold, scapular skinfold. (2) the function index: quiet heart rate, blood pressure, lung capacity, the chase volume, test steps. (3) blood indexes, blood routine, blood lipids and immunoglobulin. Using spss17.0 and EXCEL is the result of the test data processing and statistics, with paired t test for their contrast before and after, at the same time, the effect of the two methods of fitness for independent samples t test, comparison and analysis of two kinds of fitness way.Results:(1) After six months of exercise intervention, square dance group of waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, changes in the crease of the shoulder department before intervention decreased significantly (P< 0.01), body weight, BMI, abdominal crease, upper arm, skinfold are much smaller than before, with significant difference (P< 0.05); Tai chi is soft ball set weight, BMI, abdominal skinfold and upper arms had significantly lower, compared with before, is very significant difference (P< 0.01), waist circumference, hip circumference, scapular skinfold index decrease was not significant (P> 0.05). Experiments on from the point of change, there is a decrease in the various physical indexes of the two groups of soft power ball set abdominal crease and upper arm skinfold drop more, fell by 13.63% and 12.34%, square dance group was 4.48% and 4.48%; Independent samples t-test analysis the rate of change of two groups of physical fitness index, waist-to-hip ratio and rate of change of the abdomen crease shows significant difference (P< 0.05).(2) After six months of exercise intervention, square dance group of VC, the change of MW is, step test index fell very significantly, compared with before (P< 0.01), and the change of heart rate and blood pressure were lower, compared with before is not obvious (P> 0.05); Tai chi is soft power ball set of VC, MW is, step test index had significantly lower, compared with before, is very significant difference (P< 0.01), blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure changes emerged within the scope of significantly lower (P< 0.05). From the point of change, after the experiment of tai chi soft power ball set of heart rate and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure compared with fitness dance group decreased more obviously decline rate was 2.6%,1.58%,3.06%, the square dance group fell 0.18%,0.69%,2.10%, VC, MVV is and bench test of two groups were significantly improved, step test index of soft power ball group was 10.14%, more than increase fitness dance group square dance increased by 6.02%, while the increase of VC square dance more than soft power ball group, was 14.2% and 12.06% respectively; Statistical analysis of function index to the rate of change of two group were no significant difference (P< 0.05).(3) After six months of exercise intervention, square dance group of HDL-C, IgG, IgA, IgM, HGB, the WBC number has increased significantly, compared with before, statistical analysis showed significant difference (P< 0.01), CHO, TG and LDL-C increased, compared with before was not significant (P> 0.05); Tai chi IgG, IgA and soft power ball group HGB number was increased, compared with before, the difference was very significant (P< 0.01), LDL-C, the two indexes that the IgM significantly greater than before the intervention (P< 0.05), CHO, TG, HDL-C and the WBC count change there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). From the point of variation, blood lipid in the four indicators, tai chi and soft power ball and fitness dance group subjects of TC, LDL-C drop close to fitness dance group, TG decreased relatively soft power ball group, two groups of HDL-C were increased after the experiment, fitness group increased by 7.19%, soft power ball group increased by 2.04%. Tai chi is soft power ball and fitness dance subjects the WBC were increased, increase fitness dance group is bigger, at 19.69%, soft power ball group is 6.18%; RBC and HGB were improved, which increase close to HGB, soft power ball group was 8.77%, fitness dance group was 8.86%, two groups of subjects immunoglobulin IgG, IgA and IgM up from before the test, the IgG, IgA experiment change after close, increase fitness dance group of IgM is larger, at 24.8%, soft power ball group was 10.61%. Statistical analysis of two groups of blood index change rate, the WBC and change range of IgM is significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion:(1) Six months’square dance has a better effect for middle-aged and old women to build an appropriate form. However, soft power ball has a more obvious effect on weight control. Two kinds of fitness exercise both have a positive impact on BMI of middle-aged and old women.(2) Through a long time exercising, both of the two fitness exercises can improve the ability of exercisers cardiopulmonary function. Besides, square dance group has a slightly bigger effect than the tai chi, soft power ball.(3) In the two fitness index of immune system, the IgG, IgA, IgM, and WBC number have an obvious increase, which shows that the square dance and soft ball exercises both have good effect to middle-aged and old women in the body’s immune function field.
