This study follows the educational psychology and sports training principles of design fun type sports training methods, high school sports talented students by teaching experiment, using psychological measurements to verify the impact of fun type training methods for students resilience and self-confidence. In this paper, using the experimental method of teaching, research methods of literature, interview, mathematical statistics, Tanghai County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, the first secondary school students choose from 60 sports as experimental subjects. In the 100 meters, long jump for the research, with interesting race and training methods with traditional training methods in two content, on the basis of complete collection of detailed data on the experimental and control groups were analyzed to explore the interesting type of training Methods Middle School Sports Students of the indicators on the exact type of training method to prove the feasibility of fun. This article through rigorous scientific study of teaching experiment, the following conclusions:First, the fun-type training methods in high school Sports Students training results are obvious, outstanding student achievement, with a strong feasibility. After teaching at the end of the experiment, two groups of students presented the results of the experimental group were better than the control group and the experimental group of professional achievement to the control group, a significant difference. The results show that interest-type training method has some advantages in improving the students ’professional accomplishments, because, fun type of training method originally trained to become a single traditional boring fun, interesting training, help improve students’ training initiative increase student motivation.Second, fun-type training methods have advantages in improving confidence and Sports Students psychological resiliency. After the experiment the experimental group of students in self-confidence and resilience tests were significantly different(p <0.05). After the self-confidence and control group did not change significantly the resilience test, the indicators were not significantly different, indicating fun game training versus a traditional training method has some advantages, instructional design sports teachers should be fine, flexible, multi- change, the creation of more innovative teaching and training methods, so that students can actively customize go into the daily training, so that students learn things in training but also makes good physical and mental development. To fitness, lifelong sports and lay a good spiritual foundation.Third, fun-type training methods in the daily training high school Sports Students in popularity is feasible. Fun-type training methods to enhance student motivation, learning interest, to cultivate the students’ consciousness, and develop good training habits. In daily training, teachers should be student-centered, always around to cultivate students’ interest and health as the goal, not to measure student achievement levels as weights, students focus on training and awareness training interest. A student at relatively pleasant, relaxed environment to continuously improve the training effect. However, due to the relative differences in general terms of each person, each student should be treated differently, do individualized to allow students to achieve more good training effect.
