Based on the hard environment that the Special-post Teachers live and work in, the Special-post Teachers’ work has more stringent requirements than ordinary teachers, such as the requirements of the higher level, the more exemplary role to students and far-reaching impact in the society, the practical of good professional ethics education can make Special-post Teachers understand the burden of responsibility on their shoulders more deeply, also can stable Special-post Teacher groups so that they can concentrate on work, while promoting the implementation of "Special- post Plan", guarantee the system stability.Through the literature research and the interview of some Special-post Teachers to fully understand that the problems existing in Special-post Teachers’ professional moral education is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first of all, Special-post Teachers’ professional moral education not fully according to its particularity, training and lectures can not aim to the characteristics of Special-post Teachers’ professional moral education; secondly, Special-post Teachers do not have enough motivation to improve themselves, even some Special-post Teachers use the ideal and passion instead of professional moral education. There some principal reasons lead to these problems: first, the ethic rewards and punishment mechanism is not sound; Secondly, lack of systematic cultivation of professional ethics and self perfect mechanism; thirdly,the propaganda of Special-post Plan is insufficient, so the public have little knowledge about this special group.Upon the reasons and the reasons of Special-post Teacher’s professional moral education, the paper put forward to improve the practice of Special-post Teachers professional ethics, establish a correct professional view, in their professional ethics, establish a correct professional view, improve the Special-postquality; Second, through improving teachers select explore professional moral self-improvement driven. Set up a professional moral education system of rewards and punishments etc. to further sound the mechanism of teachers’ professional moral construction. Third, set up social mechanism to promote the Special-post teachers’ professional ethics construction mainly through strengthening policy advocacy to create a good social atmosphere for Special-post Teachers. At the sore time, increase the investment in education, to ensure the economic basis of Special-post Teacher; improve personnel policy to achieve the identity of the Special-post Teachers. It also should be focus on the implementation of re-employment policy to resolve the difficulty during the Special-post teachers’ re-employment. Through these efforts, we can promote the construction of Special-post Teachers’ professional moral education. So that the Special-post teachers can concentrate themselves on serving rural education and then improve the overall teaching level in the rural compulsory education that adopt “Special-Post plan”.
