A Group Work Intervention Study Of College Freshmen To Adapt To Campus Interpersonal Communication

Freshmen are a special group of colleges and universities, they faced living environment, changes in the learning environment, interpersonal, and many other aspects, they also appeared in a variety of ideological confusion. The purpose of education is to improve the overall quality of students, therefore, to actively carry out educational guidance, grasp school education. Freshmen education as an important part of the whole university education, its importance can imagine, living it to the entire university college, and even has a significant impact throughout life. However, the current institutions of higher learning in the new school education is also generally stay in the traditional mode, focus only on the system, standardize, and in terms of psychological adjustment, study guides, career planning seriously enough, did not conform to the development of the times were the times innovation. The author believes that college freshmen education has great room for development, especially in content and form. In-depth study of college freshmen education, that has theoretical significance and practical significance.Group Social Work-one of the three methods of social work as a profession, is a group of objects to solve the universal character of social problems, so that recipients in the group and the groups affected by personal influence to shape and transform the ability to learn social skills, development of personal submarine, is an effective method. In this paper, some of the freshman campus adaptation problems exist, from the perspective of the group to explore how social work methods to solve freshman enrollment adaptation to help freshmen adjust to campus life as soon as possible, as quickly as possible into the role of college students. In this paper, the concept of social work values and learn the theoretical basis, the use of group work in a professional way by groups of group work practices to improve the adaptability of freshmen from a broader level.
