The purpose of education is to offer human resource for society, so education reform is closely linked with the social needs. Education reform will enter a substantial stage when society makes greater demands on human resource. Under the background, how to convert the traditional test-oriented education toward the quality-oriented education? How to press the students’ subjectivity in the process of teaching? How to get out of the conventional wisdom which prefers to knowledge-based faculty? How to move to a modern talent training mode? These are the important issues for the ideological and political teachers in high school today.This paper analyzes and sums up the concepts and contents of interactive learning as well as its current state, research achievements and shortcomings. The present application and the existing problems of interactive learning in high school ideological and political lesson are discussed in this paper. In addition, there is a multi-angle, multi-level and diversified discussion on the core concept “interactive learning” in this paper.Combined with the teaching practice of high school ideological and political lesson,this paper is based on the in-depth deconstruction of “interactive learning”. How to design issues for interactive learning? How to choose the type of interactive learning? How to use the method of interactive learning in a dynamic sense? Considering these questions, this paper mainly discusses how to apply the interactive learning to high school ideological and political lesson, and explores innovative ways to optimize interactive learning and put forward some useful suggestions on the implementation of the effective interactive learning.
