Basketball teaching and extracurricular basketball activities in middle school, is as a means to achieve the goal of "lifetime sports", middle school is to cultivate students basketball fans. In addition, the middle school physical education teachers in basketball teaching, the organization can take advantage of the characteristics of basketball sport such as interest, collective, diversity to cultivate students’interest in basketball, as well as the interest in sports participation. Make the students learn basketball and basketball sport in contact positive role in the process, gradually fell in love with the basketball, and gradually transformed into love basketball, and be able to consciously and actively participate in basketball or other sport, and get into the habit of lifelong participation in sports.Third grade girls are in a special period of physical and mental developmental changes, most of the girls are entering puberty. If a single sports teachers’teaching means and teaching methods of traditional and backward, and it is very difficult to stimulate the part of the girls on the basketball interest in learning, they will only simple exercises for physical examination. Based on Beida Resources Middle School junior girls in basketball class as the breakthrough point, through investigating and analyzing the characteristics of the third girl as well as to the research of the motives of their learning basketball, design a set of suitable for grade examination of girls basketball practice teaching method of "combined with diversified and sectional teaching ", regard the section of Beida Resources Middle School junior girls class as the research object for teaching experiment, the purpose is to through the teaching experiment can not only stimulate students interest in basketball, and raising the grade of the test the basketball sports, lay the foundation for lifelong physical education.This article mainly through literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, teaching comparative experiment surveys and studies, in basketball tactics teaching, education psychology, sports psychology as a theoretical basis, designing the basketball teaching method of "combined with diversified and sectional teaching’Through the teaching experiment to get the following conclusion:1 Through questionnaire about grade girls in basketball class study interest can learn: grade girl’s interest in the study of basketball mainly affected by the students inner needs.2 In Beida Resources Middle School of grade girls in basketball class teaching, the use of "combined with diversified and sectional teaching" method is feasible and effective.3 In the mid-term exam sports basketball teaching process, using the "combined with diversified and sectional teaching" method can meet grade girl’s development and demand. The use of these methods will be helpful to stimulate their interest in basketball, and help to improve their basketball project performance.4 In grade of basketball lesson teaching using "combined with diversified and sectional teaching" method can make students more actively to contact basketball, further learning basketball related technologies.
