The new teaching reform especially puts forward improving students’ scientific literacy. And one important topic of physical education research is scientific methodological education, in which the physical experiment takes an irreplaceable role.Physical experiment can improve the cultivation of students’ multimode capacity,stimulate their learning interest and innovation consciousness, and improve their scientific literacy and comprehensive abilities in practical activities. Under the background of the new teaching reform, the exploitation of school-based is the future trend. However, the reality is the breadth and depth of scientific methodological education research is limited in China right now. And the practice research of training students’ scientific method with the combination of physics experiment isn’t common and sufficient. In this case, after researching theory and practice of school-based curriculum development on physical experiment, the article makes an attempt to explore school-based course and to provide a paradigm that can be used for reference, with the author’s urban-rural school for example. Hopefully this article would offer help for carrying out the scientific method education.The article consists of four parts:Firstly, get to know about its research status of physical experiments, including two aspects, one is used as an example in school-based courses, and the other is used to promote students master scientific approach, by analyzing curriculum standard to understand the requirements of physical experiments in middle school and combining document analysis. What’s more, get more details about the situation of physical experiments exploration and students’ feeling and learning status toward physical experiments with a case study on Experimental School Attached to Chengdu Yandaojie Experimental Middle School where the author works in, using the form of questionnaires, interviews and others. Then, by combining work experience in recent years, put forward the thesis and clear its significance, content, object and method.And then, the team will be sure purpose of their school-based course, combined with its definitions, and select some physical experiments as the content of school-based course and analyze its exploration steps, combined with teaching materials, students,teachers, school resources and so on.At last, the team will determine their schemes of school-based courses. By using the method of typical teaching cases and summing up from constantly practice and exploration, they will discuss its role and analyze its feasibility in the process of promoting students master scientific approach with the help of physical experiment, and then make comments on school-based course. It is shown that this course has a positive effect.
