Objective:This study aims to through theoretical and empirical research, developed a effectively test for the 20-39 years old adult main muscle endurance test index and by large groups of people to test acquisition in our country in adult muscle endurance data developed muscle stamina evaluation standard, to scientific and effective guide people to exercise, to improve China’s adult physical fitness level.Methods:By consulting literature and expert interviews, the indexes of muscle endurance testing at China and abroad were screened, and then the standardization work of the test method was finished. Validity through muscle endurance test, and screening index and surface electromyography test using confirmatory factor analysis and the reliability and objectivity of index inspection, to determine a suitable 20-39 years old adult muscle endurance index. And the 932 (387 male and female 545) 20-39 years old adults take muscle endurance test, establish percentile evaluation table and progressive scoring table.Research results:1. Factor analysis, in the common factor in a larger load test index, according to the different parts of the body respectively for the upper:push ups (male)/kneeling support (female) (0.797)and seated dumbbell press(0.640); torso:plank(0.815) and 12cm sit ups(0.783); lower limb as the squat(0.611).2. In the difficulty of testing, in line with the requirements of the Chinese national physical fitness monitoring system for the requirements of the indicators:fixed load elbow flexion(100%), seated dumbbell press(99%), plank(100%), lying on the back legs(91%), squat(100%) and seat experiment 100%).3. This study selected seated dumbbell press, plank and squat amplitude frequency joint analysis results showed that corresponding muscle group fatigue occurred, indicating that the selected indicators can effectively promote the measured muscle to fatigue, indicating that the chosen indicators can effectively detect the measured muscle endurance.4. The reliability test results show that the correlation degree of each index is high (correlation coefficient is 0.929、0.982 and 0.916 respectively), and the correlation coefficient results showed that the two indexes were highly correlated (correlation coefficient is 0.878、0.977and 0.964 respectively). Indicates that the selected indexes of this research accord with the requirement of the reliability and objectivity of the index system.5. According to the different gender and age groups were making adults 20-39 muscular endurance percentile evaluation table and progressive scoring table.Research conclusion:1. Suitable for 20-39 years old adults different parts of muscle endurance evaluation index is:seated dumbbell press, plank, squat.2. Using the percentile evaluation table and progressive scoring table can establish 20-39 years old adult upper limbs, trunk and lower limbs of the evaluation standard.
