In games it depends not only on the athletes’ better physical fitness, but also requires high athletic skills and it must based on the athlete’s physical ability.Basketball is a typical high strength and high skill competitive sport. Thus, In the process of the training of the basketball players, the key is to improve the athletes’ physical fitness; this is the consensus of all the coaches. But on how to improve the athletes’ physical fitness, it is still debated. However, for the athletes’ physical training,there are still many common characteristics.The basketball game is a sports game against each other in the same court, high jumping ability in the athletics competition occupy a certain proportion, so it has high requirements for the foundation of the basketball player physical ability, and the basic physical mainly reflects in such aspects as well-coordinated action, high sensitive,jumping ability etc. In order to promote the effective of basketball player physical ability enhancement, in the physical training of the basketball player, it should be introduced many new ideas and ways. Among them, the coaches care about most is the core strength training. The core strength training is to strengthen some partial training on the basis of overall training. Through the core strength training, it can effectively promote the conduction of the strength and the stability of the center of gravity. In the process of the game, due to the diverse action of the match results,every basketball player needs to judge and take corresponding measures in a very short period of time. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the training of core strength while strengthening the overall training.The body part that can generate core strength is the key to basketball players must rely on the bones and muscles in the process of movement. Therefore, it has very vital significance for athletes to improve skeletal muscle force when they doing dribbling, jumper, defense, break through various actions such as the power of effective coordination between the parts of the limbs effectively. With the continuous development of modern science and technology, during the basketball games, it is also facing more diverse athletic skills, change faster attack and defense conversion and the game form, these methods and techniques for basketball players either defensive methods or techniques have higher requirements, if basketball players want to make the right judgments and corresponding actions in a short time, they must have a high physical quality and higher core strength.Currently, most cities take some professional trainings for core strength of basketball players, and Hebei province only still have a few areas using the core strength training methods. In order to promote the development of the basketball players’ core strength training methods in Hebei province, I choose this problem as the research object. To this end, the author carried out extensive research on the related theoretical achievements of core strength training, consulted numerous experts of basketball training and summarize the theory of taking core strength training methods. The author mainly through accessing to relevant documents and data,listening advice from experts, as well as analyzing related experiments and experimental data closely. This experiment selected 20 subjects, all from Sanhe City,the first high school basketball team, take randomized manner into two groups, ten subjects for each group, the first group will participate in core training as the experimental group, the other group that not participate in core training as a control group to receive traditional training methods. Before the experiment, the members of the two groups were carried out in eight tests, specific tests include pull-ups and sit-ups the number of 1 minute, back strength, grip strength, standing long jump, bent arm hang, standing vertical jump, double-arm flexion and extension. From the data before the experiment, there are no significant differences between the data sets. After10 weeks of training for two groups of objects, the two groups were test again with the eight data. From the experimental data, it have the following characteristics: First,the grades of the eight data of the two groups have a certain degree of increase;secondly, from the specific data, the data in the experimental group are more higher than the control group, such as the aspect of the grip strength, standing vertical jump,and back force; finally, the experimental group’s training method enables the core parts of the muscles strength significantly, so that the athletes’ various actions could made during the game more coordinated, more efficient.
