With the development of information technology, the informationized teaching model is gradually generalized in basic education, the coverage of the high-quality learning resources is expanded, technology assisted teaching and learning will become commonly and extensively. In 2016, the report of educational information points out the key of this year, advancing the Internet combined with education, increasing the efforts of training educational technology and information. As the main carrier of knowledge, micro-video plays an important role in teaching knowledge, demonstrating and training skills. This experiment relies on the digital learning environment, in which micro-video is the main learning resources. The purposes of this experiment are 1). Understanding the junior high school students’technology acceptance of the micro-video resources, seeing how motivation as external factors affect technology acceptance, and analyzing students’academic improvement under micro video learning environment.2). Understanding the relationship between students’ academic performance, self-efficacy and achievement goals, from other aspects to analyze various factors which affect students’ academic performance. In this study, the learning resources are designed and produced in collaboration with teachers, the micro-video follows the arrangement of curriculums, and the online, homework and test performance are recorded in time. At the same time, we will collect the data of students’ technology acceptance and learning motivation through the questionnaire and interview, with various statistical ways to analyze data. The results show that 1). Junior high school students have a positive attitude and a good willing on using micro-video, also, they have high acceptance and satisfaction on micro-video assisted independent learning.2). After two months of continuous micro-video learning, learners have improved in the exam performance.3). In the micro-video learning environment, learners’ achievement goals and self-efficacy have a significant impact on the micro-video technology acceptance. If the learners’self-efficacy in mathematics learning is higher, the micro-video acceptance and recognition is higher. Also, self-efficacy significantly affect the academic performance of learners in all aspects, including online learning performance, daily homework performance and examination performance.4). For the "poor math performers", these students showed low interests and confidence in learning mathematics, so micro-video is not so useful for them to acquire knowledge and improve performance. For them, first step we need to do is to enhance their self-confidence and interests in mathematics learning.
