Objective:Hydrotherapy, a kind of effective rehabilitation technology and method, become more and more valued recently. But as the difficulty to be applied, it’s not widely used domestic, and clinical research and practice are also quite few. Locomotor disease is the main indication of hydrotherapy, the unique effect of hydrotherapy on weight loss, warm, hydrostatic pressure can recur it effectively, thus hydrotherapy is worth a wide application. Actually hydrotherapy has been already used as a mature rehabilitation and training technique abroad. This study is aim to offer an experimental basis about the hydrotherapy combination selection of boxing athletes’rehabilitation.9 elite male boxing athletes after training for hot bath, cold bath, hot-cold bath and cold-hot bath, to see the effect on Physical parameters, heart rate and recovery time。 Providing practical basis for boxers to Select Recovery methods。Methods:Subjects were Chinese national men’s Boxers (N=9、height 175cm ±10cm weight 67kg±10kg training time 7-12years) We chose to experiment on Wednesday (morning off training in afternoon).. No Hydrotherapy during the first week, From the second week to fifth week, we will do hot water Intervention、cold water Intervention、hot-cold and cold-hot Intervention,, Hot water temperature is 38℃ 2min; cold water temperature is 6℃ 2min; When doing the experiment, the athletes soaked in water under the neck and relax as much as possible For each week after the training finished around 6:00pm。 We will conduct tests related indicators before the experiment and after experiment。Results:(1) Compared with hot water cold water、cold-hot、hot-cold are much better for boxers in Reaction recovery (P<0.05). (2) Hot water and cold-hot only in the recovery of muscle stiffness are significantly better than the other indicators (P<0.05)Conclusion:(1) Compared with hot water cold wate、cold-hot、hot-cold are much better for boxers in Reaction recovery。 It is recommended that athletes who pursuit of quick reaction recovery can chose these methods。 (2) Four methods for recovery are not obvious significance in these indicators (RPE、heart rate、vital capacity、Vertical jump)。 (3) Hot water and cold-hot only in the recovery of muscle stiffness are significantly better than the other indicators, Contrast hot water and cold-hot found that hot water is much better 。...
