After nearly 20 years of development, the industry of early education in Beijing has become the special branch among education fields. It is not only one of the most important industries which boosts the economy of Beijing, but also plays an immeasurable role in improving the quality of population. With the rapid development of early education, a large number of students will be more healthy in physical and mental and overall development, while stepping into school and society. However, as far as the current situation of early education is concerned, the competition phenomenon of product homogeneity is apparent increasingly. In China, early education still belongs to the emerging industry and has several negative factors, such as irrational industrial structure, market access, the lack of regulation and market competition disorder etc. In such a case, to formulate the develop strategies and implement totally by is the primary important issue for every enterprise which engages in early education to consider and solve. As the early education company located in urban district in Beijing, the Shijingshan Early Education Center of G Company should find the key to success, to survive in the intense competitive environment at present and get further development. There is a pressing need to plan a series of competitive strategies and implement strictly.This paper analyzes comprehensively the external environment and internal conditions of the Shijingshan Early Education Center of G Company, and concludes a competitive strategy and blue print. It will help to make full use of itself advantage and grasp the opportunities from external market, at the same time to avoid the risk from external environment.This paper has four parts. It introduces the background, significance, reference, idea, thinking and method of research in the first part, and foreshadows analysis of the latter part. It analyzes scientifically the competitive environment of early education industry and the factors from external environment including politics, economy, society, humanity and network technology of the Shijingshan Early Education Center of G Company and points out the opportunities and challenges it will face in the second part.In the third part, it analyzes deeply the internal factors of the Shijingshan Early Education Center of G Company. It will be presented in the following six aspects:the ability of judgement and management; current situation of human resource; financial situation; marketing model, brand-building and product structure. From above analysis, it will find out the advantage and disadvantage of the Shijingshan Early Education Center of G Company itself.In the last part, it will conclude the competitive strategy which is suitable best to the Shijingshan Early Education Center of G Company. That is differential competitive strategy which will realize by differential product, service and marketing channel.Moreover, the Shijingshan Early Education Center of G Company should definite the target population and market, widen the marketing channel, enhance the promotion of market, strengthen consciousness of brand, increase the ability to manage and control cost, improve the management functions, draw up the performance assessment system, and develop the maximize potential and subjective initiative of staff, in order to increase the core competitive power of the Shijingshan Center and provide the corresponding assurance for the smooth implementation of the competitive strategy of the Shijingshan Center.
