With the steady development of our country’s education, the enrollment scale of the graduate students are constantly expanding. The continuous change requirement of the talent ability in this diversity social, more and more graduates want to choose to study for an interdisciplinary master’s degree. The interdisciplinary graduate student group is the high level talented person in our country, it has its own characteristics, In the process of training is the intersection and collision of multi knowledge, also is the concentration of new knowledge generated groups. Interdisciplinary graduate just transition from undergraduate to graduate, their major change one to another different discipline or from the same disciplines but different major. Did they feel not adapt to the changes of the study, if they have, how to deal with it? What’s the factors affect their adapt ability and so on.Those issue is this paper should focus on.We use empirical research on this paper. First, the questionnaire based on the "university student learning adaptability questionnaire" and made corresponding changes. Use the random sampling method to extract three university students which including the liberal arts across the liberal arts, science across science, science across liberal arts three types of interdisciplinary graduate, the sample size are total 300,in order to analysis the overall situation of the interdisciplinary graduate learning adaptability and its influence factors. Subsequently, the combined research results of the questionnaire, we choose four students those total score are typical as the Object to be interviewed. Use the "cross postgraduate learning adaptability interview outline" as a tool, make use of the semi-structured interview to get insight into the overall situation of the interdisciplinary graduate learning adaptability and its influencing factors. Through the survey we found that:First, this random sample survey interdisciplinary graduate learning adaptability situation is good (average score is higher than the intermediate score 3); Second, the type of interdisciplinary graduate and learning purpose has a significant impact on interdisciplinary postgraduate study adaptability, science across liberal art is better than liberal arts across liberal arts, the liberal arts cross liberal arts better than science across science, because of personal interest want to go on academic research learning adaptability better than get qualifications in future employment for a better jobs and those escape from the reality purposes; Third, the level of adaptability boys are better than girls, and to the average level of the first voluntary admission interdisciplinary graduate adaptability better than dispensing interdisciplinary graduate, undergraduate from the "985 Project" Universities Professional adaptability graduate level are higher than undergraduate students from the "211 project" universities and those from ordinary colleges and universities, but it is not statistically significant; Fourth, the regression analysis of the data found that resource management strategies, high-end capabilities, cognitive strategies, internal motivation, expertise, research, external motivation, writing papers and resource management strategies and professional skills can make a certain predictors of learning adaptability validity; Fifth, the survey combined with interviews summed personal reasons affect the interdisciplinary graduate study adaptability such as have difficult adapt to psychological role change from undergraduate to graduate, do not know enough about the postgraduate major, master course content and settings is unreasonable, the way of prior major thinking has impact on postgraduate learning, social acceptance of the multi-disciplinary graduate is not considerable, during the study multi-disciplinary graduate under psychological pressure and so on. Finally, in accordance with the principles of practical, from two angles,personal adjustment and social support,we give the appropriate response adaptive learning Suggestions: individual aspects, initiative to improve the efficiency of their own learning, learn to use all kind of learning resources to improve learning adaptability, take part in a variety of academic activities; the school should face across disciplines adaptation problems, helping to establish a more diverse channels and ways of innovative teaching model, basic graduate students different background should taking into account, instructors guidance and support.At last our social employment market should accept the interdisciplinary graduate with no discrimination.
