With the development of table tennis, traditional methods of teenagers training has exposed the shortcomings in a certain extent, such as high rate of athletes injure, the high waste rate, the long cycle to be success. Besides, effective monitoring and research support are also absent, etc. According to a survey shows from scholars in there papers, the present teenager table tennis training situation in China is not optimistic. At the same time, the injury factor is one of the important reasons for training. Aimed at the facts, China’s scientific researchers made a constant exploration and innovation for it. Search the literature, the methods about table tennis training are variety, such as enlightenment, footwork, body, warming up, psychological research, but the effect is not satisfactory. Adams put forward the theory of learning in the psychology, "no feedback, no learning", especially about the error action of information feedback allows us to correct mistakes, and to be near right action step by step, thus getting the right skills. In this paper, we combined the psychology of KR(feedback) concept with table tennis skills & tactics analysis,and applied it to the reform of table tennis training method.So we conducted the training method of table tennis Skills & Tactics Knowledge of Result(It be called for short KR training method),we expect we could provide training methods for reference for the coaches and athletes.The study do a reform experiment for shanghai female table tennis team by using skills & tactics knowledge of result method, and we expect to optimize the current methods of teenage table tennis.There are 10 target players of this team, experimental group and control group has 5 people separately. Through close experiment for 40 days, we collect the skills & tactics data that we need, and then according to the formula do some numeration. We make a contrastive analysis between training and match of within the groups and between groups by using the result data. Researches show that experimental group’s increase is better than control group, and we can promote better performance of teenage table tennis players by using skills & tactics knowledge of result method.Conclusion and suggestion:(1) The KR training method improve has played a positive role in promoting the training of the teenage women table tennis players, especially for the stalemate ball.(2) Using KR training method, the experimental group athletes showed more active in the game behavior control, attack, stalemate and control behavior increased, Being beaten behavior reduced.So tactics style optimized.(3) KR training method can effectively monitor the athletes level fluctuation in a day session or a period of training. We can get the feedback of player motion state. It can improve training efficiency, and make effective prevention of sports injury,also avoid training blindly.We Recommend the use of this training method, experimental conditions should be paid attention to control and correct selection of the standard, as well as the psychological change subjects. Really implement Suggestions in the provinces and cities sports teams, science and technology and the combination of sports, promote the strategy "science and education promotes body" national policy.
