Homosexuals are gradually faced with the problem of marriage or fertility circumstance after’decriminalization’ and’non-pathological’.Facing with this pressure,homosexuals choose into the formal marriage,which means that a gay and a lesbian forms a family.In laws,they are husband and wife,but in fact,they may intercourse with their homosexual couple.This paper is based on perspective of subject construction,using the way of case interview and participant observation research and the snowballed way to choose 22 cases.This paper’s conclusions are 7 points.The reason of choosing the formal marriage is the pressure from parents.Within the period of choosing spouse,they usually choose the spouse in a hurry and barely know each other a little.Within the period before the wedding,they mainly negotiate prenuptial agreement such as property issues,fertility problem and so on,Within the period of wedding and early marriage,psychological impact to homosexuals is relatively large who have their own mate.Within the period after wedding,there are 4 mode——-type of complete cover,type of friends knowing.type of parents knowing and type of the purpose of divorce.In these types,type of parents knowing is perfect,homosexuals can live a relaxed life.In the formal marriage,there also are some problems,economic issue is the first problem,birth, residence, filial piety and other issues also will appear.How to tell their children about the truth is the problem of sex education. The friends of homosexuals mostly don’t agree the formal marriage,they think that there are so many problems in the formal marriage.Nowadays.the research about the formal marriage is small,because that the topic is so sensitive and privacy.By constant explaining and communication,author find 22 cases,this paper generalizes the traits from the wedding period to the marriage period. This is the innovation of this paper.
