Nowadays, normal students meet many difficulties that puzzle their own development between the traditional education model and the action demand of the basic education. During this procession, there is an outstanding problem:the way we training the normal students is far away from the educational real practice field and students’ practice skill is shortage. According to the relevant policy such as the one called “The education reform and the development plan in the mid long term ”in 2010 and the project of the reform plan of training the excellent teacher carried out by the Educational Ministry in 2014 were carried out, the teacher education reform become a popular topic and the reformation of teacher education is the necessary method to change the education model which pay more attention on theoretical study.According to many related research in home and abroad and the project of the reform plan of training the excellent teacher of Q normal university, this paper put forward the theoretical conception, use the method of action research and interview and take the normal students in the major of education as the research object in order to analysis and construct the practice orientation of the teacher education from four dimensions:educational goals, course system, operation mechanism of curriculum and evaluation system.This action research develops three steps to verify the theoretical conception of the teacher education reform. The results of this paper showed that the educational goals regulated the course system, the operation mechanism of curriculum and evaluation system.In terms of the curriculum design, this paper describes that the project explains the teacher practical skills from the aspect of technique operation, establishes the planning of the practical training at school every term, and provides the teaching skill training which can be observed, can be measured and can be operated to the normal student through the developing the practical training at school. Therefore, students’ basic teaching skill will be improved. Meanwhile, this paper also describes that the project considering the uncertainty and the unpredictability of education and takes the normal students stay at the real teaching environment. In this way, the normal students can come into the primaryteaching class through the different progressive setting of educational practice topic. What is more, students in this project can also convert the theories that they use and believe into their activity through the scenarios-based learning and the teaching practical activity. In this way, students’ theoretical knowledge can combine with the practical knowledge and interact with each other in order to achieve the educational goals.In terms of the operation mechanism of curriculum, the project established “the learning community” and “the internet plus ” platform, this means the community is not only the aggregation of person, but also aggregate the ideas, in this way the function of community will be improved. What’s more, the project use “ two professors plus way ”that means one students can learn know from two professor, one from the university,another one from the primary school. And the project also provide postgraduate students to study with graduate students, in this way they can communicate with each other and the graduate students can absorb knowledge and experiences from the professor at school and the professor in primary school, than the course system can become more excellent.In terms of the evaluation system, the project establishes various ways of evaluation,use these ways to appraise different subject. This method can make the process of managing and appraising the practical teaching part such as the basic teaching skill at school and the practice skill in primary school become more effective. What’s more the existing problem also will be feedback, and reach the final goal. The educational goals,the course system, the operation mechanism of curriculum and the evaluation system is a flexible whole system, they related with each other and can not be departed.
