The first movement of the football world,each country has a large number of fans around the world,is beyond the sports this category in the influence of football,from another level,football is a symbol of the embodiment of the state and national strength.However,this movement in Chinese development situation is not optimistic.In this paper,the characteristics of juvenile football schools through the investigation and study,the present situation and problems of the development of football in the school football analyze advantages and disadvantages,and find out the factors hindering the research on the school football sports development,and put forward their own on the basis of investigation and the analysis conclusion and the suggestion,in Changsha school soccer movement development to help the issue.Article mainly using the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, on-the-spot investigation method and mathematical statistics research methods, such as for 15 juvenile football characteristics of school physical education teachers, the football team coach, sports team leader, students and parents has carried on the investigation and study, the results show that:Changsha city schools open football teaching content, less open fewer class hours, teaching content, most of the schools have no put football assessment results in physical examination grade. School has the school team, most of the school football team and reasonable training times and training time, the school football team to participate in good condition, but most of the team can attend than few opportunities. Most schools do not have to carry out the campus football match. There are still a small number of students are not willing to participate in football. Physical education teachers in football professional teachers is too little, the number of football training for physical education teachers and opportunities. School football facilities in good condition, can satisfy daily teaching of football and soccer training. Influence of Changsha teenagers are the major factors of the football in the school football features, general school football sports school leadership attaches great importance to the situation, funded school football sports development situation, still can be but some parents don’t support students participate in football, students attitude toward participation in football is also not clear, a lot of physical education teachers to the current work, because of the low salary and the problem of large workload, low social attention to the heat of the school football, lack of media publicity and corporate funding. According to the present situation and influence factors is put forward to strengthen the juvenile football propaganda work, to create a good soccer environment, formulate relevant supporting policies, strengthen the construction of school football course, set up and improve the competition system, at all levels to develop football activities, introduce the football teacher, investment environment construction of football activity.
